Very comfortable hotel in a park near the center.Posted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Rooms and the free convenient parking.
Location: 10-15 minute leisurely walk to the center.
Generously-sized, well-equipped and appointed rooms in a sprawling park-like setting reasonably near the center. Good choice for those who do not need to be at the city center.

Excellent hotel within 15 minute walk of old cityPosted Jun 25, 2014
Pros: Quiet location, friendly staff and it was extremely clean and comfortable.
Location: In a quiet leafy location within a pleasant 15 minute walk from city which enabled us to have plenty of time to explore Cathedral and medieval city.
We had an extremely comfortable stay and all the staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt we were very well looked after.

Good value, a 15 minute walk from the centrePosted Jun 11, 2014
Pros: Clean rooms, space, swimming pool.
Cons: More staff of an evening to serve at the bar.
Location: Nothing in the immediate vicinity but the historic centre was within a 15 min walk.
Met well by Carla on reception, who having worked in London for a number of years had excellent English. Welcoming communal areas, indoor swimming pool and gym decent. Wedding on Saturday night meant the bar staff, Estoban, who was working very hard was unable to service the guests in the bar. Good sized room. Breakfast a bit pricey at €14.50 but lots of choice. There weren't any food or drink places close by, but the centre is only a 15 minute walk away.

Nice hotel, short walk into Santiago de CompostelaPosted Jun 1, 2014
Pros: Spacious, clean, comfortable room, good breakfast and good facilities.
Location: 10 minutes walk into the historic centre of Santiago de Compostela, where The catherdral is the main attraction and well worth a visit.
We booked this hotel after walking the last stage of the Camino into Santiago de Compostela. We chose it because we wanted a bit of luxury after the walk. It is a 10 minute walk to the centre and in a nice quiet location. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and of a good standard. The outdoor swimming pool was closed when we stayed but we knew this as it was too early in the season. However, there was a nice indoor pool, with a steam room and sauna nearby. Although We did not use it, there was also a good gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location was convenient but not central.Posted Oct 2, 2013
Pros: Appears fairly new.
Cons: Put an ottoman in the sitting room.
Location: The old city was great as ,of course, was the cathedral and the hotel of Los Reyes Catolicos.
Good but a little stark if your used to true five star accommodations. The room was modern and spacious. The separate sitting room was small and not particularly comfortable.

Excelent staff and placePosted Sep 9, 2013
Pros: Helpful staff
Cons: Check in at 15:00. But don't hesitate to ask them for an early check in. The members of the staff are really helpful.
Location: 8 min walk to the city center. Next to the Hotel you can find a very nice park. This makes the rooms very quiet.
Hi, Everything you need 8 minutes walking from the cathedral. I'd like to highlight the staff, very helpful at all times. Thanks!

Good Tourist HotelPosted Jan 5, 2013
Pros: We included the free wifi and breakfast which was well worth the package. The breakfast is your basic breakfast but well stocked.
Location: Location was good and quite. It is located just outside of the old town, approximately a 5-10minute walk.
We have stayed in other NH hotel chains throughout Europe and this held up to the same standards, quality.

Off the beaten path *** in realityPosted Jan 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is not a true 5 star. No bathrobe, no slippers,no wifi access. Anything you needed you had to ask. No welcome water, no welcome coffee. It was simply a modern box hotel, not near the center, with a loud New Years part under the bedroom till 3 am. Great mattress and great pillows. Sauna with burnedputlight bulb, unsheathed indoor pool, felt like a convention center.
