Good chain of hotels
Good place to stay if you want to be fairly central. It's in a modern area next to El Corte Ingles, about 15 minute walk either to the old bit or one of the beaches, with plenty of bars restaurants shops in both directions. We found free parking about 10 minute walk away. Good facilities and breakfast. If you want to be a bit more remote I can recommend the sister hotel Ciudad de Coruna on the glorious coast near the Torre. Still only a walk into the old bit. Parking available. It's a good chain.

Clean and spacious family rooms. Wish the shower/tub was a bit roomier but it was just fine. Parking should be discounted or free for all hotel stays, currently only 2 or more nights get free parking.

Bed was very comfortable, the room was large and clean, reception staff were friendly. The bath/shower was a little slippery (no bath mat) It was expensive but the service was good.

Conveniently located hotel
Good location, 5 minute walk from the bus station. Also next to El Corte Inglés and Cuatro Caminos shopping mall. About a 15 minute walk to old town, and 30 minutes to Torre de Hercules. Beautiful views while walking to the sites. Breakfast was very good too.

Excellent stay. Great location beside a mini shopping mall and El Corte Ingles with several bars and restaurants within walking distance. Parking (pay by mobile) available beside the hotel so no need to pay for hotel parking. Ideal for a short stay or business trip

The hotel is located in the city center, right next to a shopping mall and with access to public transport. The staff is super friendly and breakfast was amazing.

Breakfast service were not friendly, not people oriented arall!! best friendly were the cleaning service people (A+). Not even at front desk!! Beds are as hard as concrete! TV amenities scarce, poor TV sets!! Not own Parking and it is is a hussle. Far to be a 4 stars hotel! Will not come back!

Access, parking, breakfast, and the room all had a lot to be desired. The furniture in the room was uncomfortable. You had to stand in line for eggs and bacon at breakfast. the floor I was on near the elevator had a soccer team making a lot of noise. I did not enjoy the stay or facilities.

The staff make this hotel very special. The receptionist was very helpful. She recommended places to eat on the street which we wanted to experience A Coruna. She also gave us directions and help to find some land marks. Overall the staff was exceptional.

We did not feel reception staff were very welcoming. It would be helpful to have a handout with procedures and prices for using and paying for the car park . It was complicated and the car park staff do not speak English. The hotel was further away from Tower of Hércules and Aquarium than we thought. We needed to use the car,it was too far to walk there and back. Shopping centre next door with El Cortes Inglese was good and cafeterias in there good for lunches and snacks. We had to research where restaurants are, many served fish but not many with any vegetarian dishes. We found a lovely wine bar/ tapas bar El Cigarelles ( opposite the old tobacco factory) a short walk from the hotel. Great choice of wine and lovely tapas, bocadillos and snacks. Friendly service and reasonable prices.

Great staff. They really are friendly and they go the extra mile for people. This hotel is near the port, the bus and train station etc. It's next door to Corte Ingles store and the Cuatro Caminos shopping mall. There are cafes down the street that serve fresh made churros (Timon Cafe and Bonilla Cafe). There are also some nice pubs down the street. It's a very clean hotel with a really nice team of people who just make it easy for you. I would definitely return and recommend it to friends.

A bit of a walk to the old city (20 mins.) but convenient for the bus to and from the airport and for the railway station. Excellent breakfast.

Fantastic hotel room in a superb location for our requirements at an amazingly cheap price. A bit of a walk to the old town but more than doable. Would recommend, especially at the price we had.

Nice amenities, friendly, English-speaking staff. This has to be emphasized - don't know about other hotels, but in A Coruña, there were very few stores, restaurants, cafes and other service places where they had personnel that could communicate in any language other than Spanish or Galician. Clean, spacy rooms, housekeeping every day, quite good breakfasts. If interested in shopping, two malls are literally next door - 4 Caminos and El Corte Ingles. Bus stations nearby, can get anywhere in the city, but be careful to take the right direction. It is sometimes a little complicated.

Nice hotel with great service
The hotel is located right next to a big shopping area and minutes away from historic downtown and tourist areas. Room is nice, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast is way above average in quality and variety.

Too many gimmicks and not enough comfort.
Poor check in as there were a lot of distractions from phone calls and couriers so you were interrupted and ignored. Rather hard bed and noisy air con despite having a premier room. As a retired couple it was curious to be left some brightly coloured sweets and a bottle of water as a welcome, rather childish. Rather than jokey smiles on a mirror, plastic combs and other gimmicks, maybe spend more on updating the basics! Although near the bus station we had to take taxis to the main areas of attraction so rather remote.

Better for Business
This hotel is adjacent to the convention center and port therefore an all right choice for business but questionable for tourists as busy commercial roads cut through the area and the hotel itself is a distance away from the old city center .
