“Would never stay there again!”

The desk clerks were friendly, but the rest of the hotel was terrible. The room had old, beaten up furniture, mold in the bathroom and the entire hotel smelled like a musty old basement. Both bed skirts were ripped, stained and were partially tucked in under the mattress. The side door to the hotel was open the entire stay we were there. There was a vacant lot across the street with a broken down trailer and it looked like a garbage dump. After leaving the hotel about an hour, I realized that I had left my expensive foam pillow behind. I returned to the hotel and the on-duty supervisor gave me another room card to go and check. I checked the entire room and no pillow. The housekeeper went back to the room and even the laundry room but there was no pillow. The entire staff was eating pizza in the continental breakfast area and one girl said she had an idea where my pillow was. When she exited the hotel and came back with my pillow - they had thrown it in the garbage dumpster. The pillow case was wet from garbage and smelled. They denied it had been thrown away - but they never even kept it to see if I would return for it. In one hour's time they decided to throw a guest's pillow in the garbage! I will never stay in that hotel again for all the reasons above and it was not worth the money I paid even through I received a discount from Expedia. re were strahy

“Not bad Baymont Inn”

Positives: The hotel was clean and very convenient to get to off of the highway. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was good even with a trailer, there is special parking available. I have stayed in three hotels in this area and I would rank this one the best so far, however, it was also about $20 to $25 a night higher in price as well. The room was a nice size and bigger than the other two I stayed at in the same area. Negatives: Our room was on the side by the highway and we could hear the traffic noise through the window. Several times I looked to make sure that the window was closed tightly. Contenental breakfast was below average because it was not well stocked. Only three pieces of fruit, one of the cereal containers (the one I wanted) was jammed, donuts were stail. Bagals were ok. I will most likely stay there again, however, I will request a room on the parking lot entrance side of the building, instead of the highway side and plan on bringing or buying breakfast.

This hotel was available for the time we needed, and location was fine. However, we will be looking for something else next time. The room seemed clean, but did not smell clean. The bathroom had no ventilation and was musty and damp. The complimentary breakfast was unmanaged--the juice machine was out of order, and the food was not replenished. There was always a bucket of dirty water sitting in the hallway by the breakfast room.

We enjoyed our stay at the Baymont Inn in Onalaska, WI. We enjoyed the hours of the 24hour pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed the pet friendly services. It was a nice and inexpensive stay.

“Convenient location but noisy”

Great location, good price compared to other places in the immediate area. But it is right on the Interstate and trucks/traffic noise was definitely an issue while trying to sleep. Also, the pool/hot tub was open 24hrs which was nice, but the hot tub was not hot at all. More like a heated pool temp.

Very friendly staff, got to check in early, nice pool area. good breakfast, spacious and clean rooms.Will stay there again.

“a very comfortable stay”

I had a very nice, quiet stay. Everyone was curteous, pleasant and helpful. The only suggestion I would have to improve is to offer boiled eggs and fruit at continental breakfast rather than the all-carb fare.

“An average hotel”

We stayed at the Baymont on the 18th for my brother's wedding. We had a single king sized room, and the room was really large with a sleeper sofa. Double rooms were average size and smaller than our room. Loved the huge vanity and there were lots of mirrors for getting ready. Shower head is very powerful, the pressure was a little too much...but at least it didn't take long to get all of the conditioner out of my hair! The pool and hottub were ok, but there were absolutely no towels in the pool area. There were two folded handtowel sized towels that we figured were considered the "pool towels" -- what a joke. Other than that, no complaints. The bed was just fine for the night. The room was pretty clean. I will say it was a little pricey for the quality.
