This made for a fine, standard hotel to spend a night while I was on a business trip. Not super fancy of course, but affordable and so a good value in my mind if you're the type of person who is fine with just a basic hotel room with a few simple extra amenities. The staff who greeted me at both check in and check out were friendly and helpful. And the breakfast served had a nice variety of food that was well stocked when I was there. I would stay here again.

The room was smaller then expected and when we got back after being gone for the day our key cards were not letting us back in the room. The hot tub was not working properly. It would have been nice to if they used real dishes and silverware at breakfast instead of paper plates and plastic silverware and paper type coffee cups.

The room was incredibly cramped and the bathroom was not clean. The hotel was noisy all night and you could talking through the walls. I don't understand how the term adjective "Quality" can be used to describe this facility.

Rooms were clean but the outside was dirty. Can not blame the staff, people need to pick up after dogs and put cigarette butts in the ashtrays that are provided.

Paid for a queen bed but it was only a full-sized bed. I am 6'8" tall so it was very inconvenient. Hot tub jets barely blew any air. Just kind of sat and stewed in the water. Not as much fun as it should have been. Pay a little more and get a better stay.

Loud but it’s right on highway 53 in the city. Parking was limited. Gym equipment could use work and the whirlpool wasn’t working correctly. But the room was adequate for one night.

Will stay again.
We had a pet room cause of our service dog. Room was still clean and quiet. First time we had a quiet hallway and not lots of peoples disturbing us. Morning food was decent. Noone got a stomach ache and was a very clean serving counters.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past. Like a couple of years ago but this visit was not the same. The room was pretty beat up, and I think the room we had might have had bed bugs! Unfortunately I didn't realize the bug part until a few days after our stay. So I can't truly prove it but I can guarantee we won't be back there. Staff was nice though!

The beds were so hard that we could not sleep. We spent the whole night awake and left without spending our second night there even though we had paid for it. We will never stay there again.

I didn't have time to check out the pool, but the facilities were very clean, the staff friendly, and the room in very good order. Extremely quiet on the weeknight when I stayed ... I can't attest to weekends. No surprises whatsoever - which I will take in a heartbeat!
