Pleasant, quiet stay Staff was very helpful with questions

We were looking for rooms for just one night. Our group required two rooms and we were pleased that we had rooms next to each other. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast. The staff was very helpful about giving us directions and even provided a map.

Fair rates good size rooms. Peasant staff. Charged for safe in room and then if it wasn't used you were credited when you check out, that was a hassle and time consuming.

Very basic hotel. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, well kept and met our needs. The staff was friendly. It was just what we needed for a quick over night stay.

It was ok for the price - room was clean, however both remote and hairdryer did not work Continental breakfast satisfactory. Staff very pleasant.

I stayed 4 nights, with my dog, as we were in town for a National Specialty Show. The room was cleaned every day, even though we weren't there much On the last day I was loading up to go home and my room key wouldn't work! Pete went above and beyond to make sure I could get back into my room to make sure I could get everything out! Even though he was not going to be working there anymore, that Sunday was his last day there....I really appreciated everything he did for me. I also would like to compliment Eduador's, they have the BEST pizza I have ever tasted in my life! My only complaint would be the noise from outside the room, as I was the last room located by the smoking area in back.

It was comfortable and very satisfying

I liked the room and the hotel staff was friendly. The channels on the cable TV did not all work as stated in the room and the staff did nothing about that. It would be my only complaint. I would stay again.

I would stay again and recommend it to anyone needing to get a room in La Crosse.
