This is a very nice hotel. The lobby is awesome. The pool is nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is likely the worst breakfast I have ever seen at any hotel I have stayed at. The selection not only sucks, but what little was there ran out long before breakfast ended. There was no milk for the cereal, no gravy for the biscuits, no peanut butter/jelly packets for the toast and the juice ran out. This breakfast was really, really bad. When we asked the attendent about these items he said he ran out.

Really like the hospitality the room was very comfortable. If I had anything negative to say it would be the room needs a little upgrading the shower nozzle was ready to come off and the carpeting had a feet smell other than that everything was great nothing to complain about.

Inside the hotel is nice. It's clean the rooms are clean. It's a bit dated, not bad at all. Across the road is the fest grounds. It's at the end of the street, close to the Freight House, a little walk to downtown. We have stayed here multiple times. Decent breakfast.

No one likes noisy neighbors.Our pool and spa area are accessible by key card only. It wouldn't be impossible, but if a vagrant was in that area, a guest would have had to let them in. We are so terribly sorry that you were not able to fully enjoy the amenities. We do everything we possibly can to ensure non- guests are not on or in the hotel grounds. I liked the layout of our room. The studio suite had more amenities than I expected. It was quiet & comfortable. I didn't like the rate increase for the second night stay though.

Overall good for a one night stay. Rooms locks and doors are unsafe, pillows had hair on them(glad I brought my own) and random people standing around front of the building that definitely were not there for the hotel stay. Pool dirty as can be and weight room was the size of a small bathroom. Not worth the money unless you want to save a buck but definitely advise spending the extra at a different hotel.

It appeared that the hotel was well short of capacity. Our room was excellent, the pool and hot tub were clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and available. I had breakfast at 9:50 and not all items were available (no eggs or sausage).

The hotel and surrounding property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional and very personable. I also liked the fact they are so accepting and accommodating with regard to pets. My grandson was getting a serious hospital procedure done tomorrow. So we found a hotel near the hospital, where family and his dog could join him for the night before. It allowed us all to laugh and have some fun memories before the big event. Thank you for the great experience.

Vents were full of mold. There was no happy medium with the temperature in the room....either freezing or very hot. Room was very dusty. Strings on floor so it appears it wasn't vacuumed. We set out laudry to be exchanged and it was never picked up, so we didn’t get fresh towels. Internet was extremely slow. Overall experience is a 2 out 5.

This is not the first time staying and would return again. the place is nice for a weekend in La Crosse . There could be some upgrades but spacious , friendly and clean . The Breakfast was good .

One night stay
This is our second time staying and it wasn't the greatest. We could easily hear the people in the room above us. They came back to the room around midnight and were extremely loud. A kid must of fell off the bed at 3am as we heard a loud crash followed by a lot of crying. We came down for breakfast at 8 and everything was empty but there was one guy stocking up a few things. Multiple groups came down to find nothing left. The pool was ok but super cold and small. The room overall was clean and nice, as was the hotel.

It was very close to the Rotary Holiday Light show. We could walk to it from the hotel. The pool was small and the hot tub was even smaller. Breakfast was okay. The scrambled eggs were made from powder. Pancakes were good. Breakfast staff was not very friendly. Main desk clerks were very helpful and friendly.. Parking was good. Make sure you lock your car doors. Lots of thefts in the area. They even warn you to bring your bicycles inside.

This is our second stay at this hotel. We love the location, we visit the Rotary Christmas lights. We are able to walk downtown and to the park from this location. The rooms are very spacious and they also offer a nice breakfast.
