“Not Impressed!”

For the money they want the service should be better. The Front desk guy was unfriendly and seemed to dont want to help. The Wireless they advertised doesnt work and when I called the front desk they said I need a cable. Why would I need a cable for a wireless? Well in other words I went in the front desk again and got the cable which didnt helped at all. So I called again and he told me to call the Tech Support of their provider after talking on the phone for 2 hours, still no result so I gave up. I was so frustrated coz all I want to do is to go online in my room. I went in to their business center and guess what, my hair is all white already and still I cant get online.... So I just decided to go on a swim. The pool was heated so it was nice, .the jacuzzi is warm but theres no bubbles or pressure. They have no towel in the pool area.... so I guess they dont provide those? The pilow was flat and as if theres no pillow, the comforter looks like it needs a new one. The shower head needs a change too. It was okay but it could be better. Will we come back? I think no... I will just try to go Best Western again or try other Motels.

Area recommendations

Pendleton, They have the Casina who have a decent food and the Truckstop they have is the best gift shop I ever seen.

“Clean room”

Room was clean, out-dated, but clean. Fair rate. I doubt you can do much better in La Grande. We would stay there again.

“Best Place to Stay in LaGrande”

Every trip to The Sandman has been pleasant. The staff is available and accommodating. The rooms are clean.
