We had a 6am departure, so we asked for a taxi and they offered to open the restaurant with continental breakfast at 5:30 - we didn’t even ask!that’s customer service. Would stay here again. PS - if you don’t like the buzz and markets in the heart of old town, then you should skip this place. On the other hand it is close to many attractions. "

"I loved the style of the hotel- the art and decor in reception and dining are beautiful! Food was good, I had 2 dinners there. My bed was awesome!!!! The only thing you need to be aware of is you’ll need to take a taxi to get to other areas. Traffic is tough but doable. Nice to be in a quiet area not filled with so much car pollution. "

"Nice room, wall heater worked ok . Close to football stadium , great plaza, lots of food outside of door. Easy to get home when phone dies and you no Spanish Old elevator but better than nothing Tidy rooms , helpful staff, great location "
