The hotel is the furthest away from downtown in this direction, along a bit of a rough road and close to the large power plant, but it is right on the marina with views of the bay from most rooms. The lobby is large and pleasant with a choice of bar and restaurant and a generous breakfast buffet including freshly made quesadillas. Rooms were good sized and clean. A small gym and outdoor swimming pool are included. Free outdoor parking at the door. Staff were friendly and competent.

The Hotel was nice overall. Very clean. Nice property on the Marina. If you get marina window view. It’s awesome. It gives you the true vacation feeling. The only thing we had a problem with is the transportation. Not too many Ubers or Lyfts or didis will pick up at the Hyatt. The Hyatt has taxis outside available at all times of the day, however our experience with them was bad. But since Uber and other pick up companies don’t pick up out there often we had no choice but too take the taxis out front. Make sure you get with the hotel front desk to clarify the price of their taxi drivers. They OVER charged us for the first 3 days. Until we mentioned something to the front desk Manager about how expensive it was to leave the hotel and he couldn’t believe what they were charging us. So please be very careful with that or you will find yourself spending most of you activity’s money on taxis.

I personally really liked that it was away from the Malecón. It’s quiet , peaceful and located near a beautiful waterway where you can watch the boats pass by while lounging at the pool. The view morning and night is beautiful. The room had a large window looking towards downtown La Paz. The continental breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again. Staff was also very welcoming

We stayed for 2 nights, on the first we decided to eat in, dinner was poorly staffed, drinks were crazy especially the glass of wine for 250 pesos. You could have purchased the bottle for that amount. Otherwise than that our stay was enjoyable

Such a great place to stay. I recommend getting a seaside view to watch the sailboats coming and going. Amazingly comfortable rooms. Great no-hassle wifi for online meetings. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast as well.

I liked the location of the hotel and The breakfast buffet was very good, the food was fresh and delicious. the staff was friendly and the only thing I didn't like was that the sheets on my bed were not clean, they smelled of sweat and so did the pillows. I wanted to make myself some tea and the coffee maker was terribly dirty. I called the reception and they agreed to send me another one and it never arrived.Just I stayed one night

We enjoyed our stay here and plan on staying again in a few weeks. It was very quiet which I am always looking for. The rooms were nice and kept up. The mattress was decent and the a/c worked well. The breakfast was nice. There's not a ton a vegan options (we are vegan) but there was plenty to put together a filling breakfast. It was nice sitting outside and relaxing, looking at the marina. The sunrise over the mountains was beautiful. There wasn't any hair condition so bring your own if you require it. There is a blow dryer. The staff was all very friendly and it's only a few minutes drive into town.

Very nice staff from A to Z. The rooms are well appointed, very clean. Breakfast the next morning was actually surprising with how many options they provided, and how good it all was.

Very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is close to the Malecón and it also has a nice view to the marina and its surroundings. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was busy and didn't have enough staff. Often, 3 people were working, trying to support the bar, coffee bar, and food. The staff was friendly, specifically Greg and Roberto - They were so amazing. Stefon, the Manager, was everywhere and very nice, but he had to do many jobs. It wasn't easy to get his attention when you needed something. The men who worked in the evening were not helpful and were almost dismissive. One's name was Samuel (something like that spelling), and the rudest, most dismissive, never wore a name tag or buttoned his shirt. The room was clean, and the service in the rooms was good. This hotel would not be my first choice the next time we visit La Paz
