“Uncomfortable Bed = Bad Night”

I had read good reviews on-line before I booked the room, but to be honest...I thought what I paid was too much for what I got. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was not bad...it's just that the bed was not comfortable and I didn't sleep well all night. The indoor pool was nice...but the lobby / eating area was too small. Not to be ugly, but I expected more and will choose another hotel next time.

“Well worth the $.”

My 1st stay @ "pet-friendly" hotel. Was a little apprehensive but the only animal we saw was 1 cute/stray cat in parking lot. The mean people in the next room who kept scolding their poor children were more animal-like than the cat. :(

Close to mall, walmart, LaGrange College, lots of good resturants

Be sure to get a marguerita at Applebees. You won't need 2 of them either. :-)

“Nice and easy”

Hotel was clean, neat, well cared for. Room very comfortable and clean, TV good. There were food places nearby that we didn't take advantage of but did order pizza in and it was good! Could hear people walking upstairs but not too distracting. No road noise at all. Would stay here for an overnighter again.

Area recommendations

Downtown square is really neat with fountain. As it was July 4th, there were flags and bunting everywhere. Very picturesque. Lovely church nearby (St. Peter's) and old homes with flowers on street off the square just beautiful.

“Good overnight stop”

Hotel convenient to I85, rooms were clean but very small. Right next door to Cracker Barrel Restaurant. Pet friendly with small fee. Nice place to stope for a quick overnight when traveling.

LaGrange is very small place and not a tourist area although it is close to Callaway Gardens

“Good price, good quality”

This hotel had an indoor pool (although I didn't use it). It was clean and comfortable at a good rate. The access to the interstate is great. The only problem was it was a suite room, and the people next door to me were kind of loud for a period of time. Other than that, the management was nice and accommodations were nice.

Area recommendations

LaGrange has a great square about 3 miles from this hotel that is really neat. There are a lot of activities, shops and restaurants there.

“Loved it!!”

This Hotel was one of the best around. The front desk clerks were extremely helpful. Our family enjoyed the indoor pool the entire time we were there. Hotel was definitely a relaxing place to come to after a long day and very quiet even with the kids around. I definitely cant wait to visit again!

“Super Friendly Staff”

Everything was perfect. We arrived early evening and good food was a high priority for us. The on-duty staff referred us to a wonderful buffet a couple of miles away and it was indeed the best quality food, selection, and price for this day and age; in fact it was almost unbelievable! Teh hotel is modern, relatively new and well maintained. It is in quiet location even being close to the interstste. When planning a trip and a stayover in this area is possible, we would definitely go out of our way to stay here. Be sure to bring your swim suit for the indoor pool facility.

We did not explore the local area, other than the fabulous buffet, so no appropriate coment can be made.
