The carpeting in our room wasn't clean (lint and dirt underneath the sofa/chairs). Also, bathroom tiles were missing along the baseboard on the door leading to the bathroom. The bathtub, itself, was not all that clean, and the caulking was missing all around the entire length of the tub with rust showing along the bottom edge of the tub where it meets the floor, and caulking was cracking along the top of the tub where it joined with the wall. The floor clearly needs re-grouting along the bottom of the bathtub where it meets the floor. One of the bathroom outlets was not functioning (only the top one was). The shower heads also need replacing. Plus, for three of us staying in a room with two full-size beds for two nights, there was only one tiny container of shampoo, one tiny container of conditioner, and one tiny container of body lotion for the three of us to share. We ran out of body wash after just one person took a shower. The amount of product in each of these bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion was only 3/4 of an ounce in each of those -- not even a full ounce! The pillows were worn looking and had some kind of gray fluff stuck on them. They were also much smaller than average or queen size pillows (almost smaller than twin bed pillows) and were kind of mushy feeling, as if the stuffing inside of them was breaking/falling apart into clumps. The sidewalk outside on the way to the parking area was broken and caving in in some places.

Additionally, we are transitioning to bulk products in our bathrooms, so the tiny containers will be no longer be used.Always know that we are available at the front desk whenever you need additional amenities or any issues addressed immediately.We do hope you will come back and give us another try when our renovation is complete.

Upon arrival Found bottle cap & small debris under one side of bed. Like it hadn’t been thoroughly vacuumed. There was also hardened splatter in bathroom that, if i took a washcloth & fingernail to it, would come off. Management had offered another room but we were settled in.

The staff was superb here! They had veteran parking upfront (kudos!) and the lobby was modern looking. The downside was the condition of the room. We stayed on 3rd floor and there were several marks and holes on the walls, mold under the sink top in the sink and the tub area had loose tile and caulk.

Check-in clerk avoided eye contact as she continued to talk on the phone on a personal call and left me standing there for quite a while. Breakfast was so-so with hot items not hot and not much left when I went up. To be fair, there was family of locusts there gobbling everything in sight. Wish there had been bagels. Room was VERY comfortable, especially beds, and very clean. Loved that 3 restaurants were right there on property that you could reach without leaving parking lot.

Very convenient to the major highway and many restaurants. Property itself is being worked on. It appears to have been a different hotel that LaQuinta bought and is renovating. It is not up to the usual LaQuinta standards. Disappointing.

It wasn’t the best hotel i been In for the price I paid, it was dirty, reading the reviews are false advertisement for me! The walls had food stains, boogers, coffee spots on the bed sheets, the bed felt like we were sleeping on wet towels all night! Needs a very thorough deep sanitizing. The staff was very very friendly.

Extremely outdated, room was poorly cleaned, terrible smell in every part of hotel, and the most uncomfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel. Would definitely not stay again!
