Good first impression that mostly holds up

Pros: Price.
We booked this hotel because at the time we booked there was a good rate and we were planning on going to Callaway Gardens which is about 30 minutes away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but couldn't always be found. We noticed on a few occasions that there was nobody at the front desk, even after waiting for a few minutes. On entering the room, it looked very nice, and was for the most part. We had a few minor complaints, such as the coffee maker not working, a lightbulb was missing in the bathroom, and one of the beds had sheets that didn't fit. All pretty minor things. Beds were comfortable, TV was very nice with good selection of channels. There is a nice outdoor pool that we really enjoyed. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Great Stay!

Pros: Wonderful staff, clean rooms, great housekeeping service!
Cons: The pool accommodations are a little out dated and the jacuzzi was out of service without our knowledge prior to check in.
Location: About 30 minutes from Newnan activities. Only 2 minutes from the interstate.
From the moment we arrived to when we left, the hotel staff was absolutely wonderful! As a manager of a hotel myself, I'm very critical of how the staff treats their guests and this staff certainly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very clean when we arrived, and the stayover clean was just as meticulous. As I was packing up the remaining items, the housekeepers even offered to help bring it down to my car with me. Great staff makes for a great hotel.

Great hotel stay for a small town

I was looking forward to having a room with hardwood floors. Instead we had a room with carpet. I also think they should offer boil eggs on their breakfast bar. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nice. The spa didn't work. That was one reason I chose there. My son was down for an athletic competition and wanted a spa to soak in. The hotel is one of the loudest hotels I have ever stayed in my whole lif . You were able to hear every move people made. I had people on all sides of me and it was just miserable. Just an ok stay for us.

Hotel was booked to capacity due to baseball games in the area. Players ran up and down the hallways most of the time we were there. We didn't complain it appeared that the hotel staff had their hands full with all of the guests. The hot tub and pool were out of order so we weren't able to try those out. There were so many people in the breakfast area with no seating available and a long line to get food - we decided to go up the road to the Cracker Barrel to eat breakfast so we didn't get to try out the free breakfast. It was just an ok stay for one night. Not sure I would recommend it.

Very thin walls

Hotel is very loud. The walls and ceiling are very thin. I had a first floor room and could hear low conversations in both adjoining rooms. Every step the person in the room above took sounded like they could come through the floor at any second.
