Excellent location to ski school and ski runs. Beautiful location and accommodation. It’s just like it looks in the photos- spectacular. Small grocery store and bakery are 1-2 min walk so it’s easy to cook dinner, breakfast in room. Check in is at a different hotel which was a bit confusing. Note- Extra 25 chf pp for linen and 185 chf cleaning fee🙁. Overall a wonderful stay- highly recommend.

Family friendly resort
Very nice resort. Many great summer activities for families with little kids right in the "village" of the resort. It appears to be a summer destination for Swiss families; there were not a lot of other tourists. The room ("apartment") was architecturally very cool which we liked but, in some cases to the point of being not very functional. For example, the windows only open a few inches (and no A/C). The bathroom with shower didn't have a real door and therefore not complete privacy. The room also didn't come with some basics like kleenex or soap, but did have a kitchen. I think many families must bring a lot of supplies with them for their stay. Loved the surrounding hills and activities including trekking and mountain biking. The gondola was a 1 minute walk. Despite the few quirks, I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic but slighly flawed
Excellent accommodation but resort a bit dead, lots of shops not open and restaurants deserted. We had a compulsory 90chf cleaning bill added before paying which was not included in the search comparison cost which I think is slightly dishonest and also excessive as some of our cutlery and crockery was dirty and greasy. t

We had a fantastic family holiday in laax. The apartment was perfect. Great design, ultimate modern living right next to the slopes.

Comfortable and stylish apartment close to slopes
Best equipped self catering apartment I've ever used. Good quality cookware and sharp knives! The steam bathroom is amazing and the location is very convenient for bars, slopes and lifts. Would love to revisit in the summer

Very nice hotel at base of gondola up to Ski area
We stayed in the summer and hiked the mountain peaks in the ski area. The hotel has very nice rooms for families that include a kitchen, living and dining area and 2 to 3 bedrooms. There are also single bedroom units that are less spacious. Complex consists of several building and there are restaurants, shops and food markets located at the base of each building. Good variety and quality of restaurants. Very family friendly area for kids of all ages. There is an indoor freestyle park next door with indoor ski/snowboard jump, skateboarding park and trampolines to practice riding and tricks.

Ideal für aktive Personen (Biken, Hiken, etc.)
Schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Resort. Auf dem Gelände hat es mehrere Restaurants und Shops. Die Frühstückszeiten sind für meinen Geschmack zu spät (ab 08.30 Uhr), da wir gerne früh in den Tag starten. Bushaltestelle vor dem Resort mit guter Anbindung an die Nachbarorte oder zu anderen Wandergebieten.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Design Wohnung. Kids Happy, Eltern Entspannt. Aussenberich voll auf Kids Event getrimmt, bei hoher Belegung ust das ganze leicht Übernutzt - schade hier wäre eine Begrenzung auf Resort Gäste vorteilhaft.

Joli complexe appart-hotel. Après les activités de la journée, les enfants peuvent s’amuser au skatepark pendant que les parents prennent un verre juste à côté. Top ! Possibilité de prendre à l’emporter dans les restaurants et ainsi manger tranquillement dans l’appartement.

Eine hervorragende Gegend zum Wandern, alles in der Nähe: Bushaltestelle, Lifts, Bergbahn, Wanderwege vor der Tür! Caumasee, Rheinschlucht (Grand Canion der Schweiz) ist ein Traum. Eine tolle Location! Sehr empfehlenswert. Zimmerausstattung von feinsten. Küchenausstattung sehr edel und es ist alles da. Kleiner Backoffen vorhanden, keine Mikrowelle. Schade dass das zweite Zimmer kein Fenster hat, daher nachts ein bisschen stickig, keine Klimaanlage im Apartment. Wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge (aus dem Zimmerfenster haraus), aber ist ja wohl Glückssache. Sehr Kinderfreundlich, also für alle die Kinder nicht mögen lieber im Nebensaison und nicht in den Sommerferien buchen...hmm dann sind aber die meisten Geschäfte zu und die meisten Lifte/Bergbahnen fahren nicht. Kleine Bäckerei und Lebensmittelgeschäft 50m vor der Tür. Schweiz ist teuer - ist klar. Wir hatten ein megaschönen Urlaub.

Schönes Appartement - jedoch kostet alles extra!! Wir haben für Reinigung, Bettwäsche und Parking mehr bezahlt als für drei Nächte Unterkunft. Was wir sehr speziell finden! Jetzt wo alle Ferien in der Schweiz machen sollen wird einem das Geld aus der Tasche gezogen!

Design der Wohnungen ist toll, aber manchmal unpraktisch. Die Kinder fanden es fantastisch dass sie die verschiedenen Fahrzeuge einfach holen und so oft wie sie wollten tauschen konnten.

Très dommage!!!! À l’arrivée, nous aurions du recevoir une carte de laisser passer pour le parking. Ce qui n’a pas été le cas. Nous avons payé CHF 62.- pour une nuit et une journée. Après en avoir informé la réception, celle-ci nous a transmis le pass mais sans aucun geste pour le paiement passé. Par ailleurs, devoir encore payé 25.-/personne pour les draps est complètement déplacé et ne reflète pas une orientation service client. Par ailleurs l’appartement Confort ne dispose que d’une minuscule fenêtre, c’était étouffant! Nous y venions pour la seconde fois, inutile de dire que nous n’y reviendrons plus.

Die Unterkunft begeistert mit toller Architektur, inspirierendem Interieur, cooler Umgebung. Doch es bleibt ein säuerlicher Nachgeschmack, wie das Zimmer durch Ebookers.ch verkauft wird - und der massiven Preisdiskrepanz. 140 CHF mehr, als der "Gesamtpreis" ausweist. Das Personal beweist die Arroganz, mich als Gast belehren zu wollen, dies aus einer "anderen Perspektive" zu sehen. Wenn ich 290 CHF pro Nacht angekündigt erhalte - und 430 CHF zahle, dann kommen mir Wörter in den Sinn, die ich hier lieber nicht schreibe. Kaum zu glauben, dass so etwas legal sein soll.
