Many of Pyrenees Atlantiques’s key attractions are located within easy driving distance of Lacq, making it a convenient place to base yourself. Two of the most interesting places to see are the marvelous Tour Moncade and the fantastic Musee Jeanne d'Albret. If time permits, be sure to also visit the Pau-Artiguelouve Golf Club and the Zenith de Pau.
You’ll find plenty of interesting cultural attractions in and around Lacq. Visit the various museums and collections in the Musee des Beaux-Arts in Pau and Musee Bernadotte.
If you love nature and wildlife, go and check out the nearby parks and reserves. These are good spots to relax and unwind. There are some pleasant family parks, so why don’t you go out and enjoy Beaumont Park in Pau.
Pyrenees Atlantiques has a number of interesting attractions including the Chateau de Pau in Pau, the Chateau de Sauveterre-de-Bearn in Sauveterre-de-Bearn and Oloron Cathedral in Oloron-Sainte-Marie. The Church of Saint-Martin in Pau offer those visiting the opportunity to better understand the role religion has played in the area.

Spend an evening with fellow sports fans at Palais de Sports de Pau, Pau, cheering on local heroes, the Élan Béarnais Pau-Orthez. On weekends the area around the stadium becomes a sea of green and white, as basketball fans gather to cheer on their home-grown heroes.
