“Great Hotel Just Short Drive to Charleston”

I was very surprised to see how well this Best Western hotel was. The service was alright, nothing great but nothing bad. What impressed me with this hotel was the cleanliness of the room and the size of the room. I never felt like I was cramped, even going to the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed the free wireless internet. It was only a 20 minute drive to arrive in downtown Charleston, and much cheaper than staying at a downtown location. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful.The breakfast had more variety than other places I have stayed.The third floor was exceptionally quiet for a weekend.

“Very Friendly Staff”

Very good impression from the friendly staff to the easy on and off of freeway. We were only in town for a day and a half. Great location close to airport and 15 minutes from all the area attractions of Charleston. The front desk knew all that was going on in the city and was super helpful!

Wonderful stay overall. Good breakfast included biscuits, gravy, sausage, and scrambled eggs along with the usual accompanient of waffles, cereal, bagels, etc.

We had an excellent room that was very clean and well taken care of. The only problem that we had was at check-in. We were able to book a king suite for 4 people online and when we got to the hotel they couldn't understand why they had let us have a king suite because we had too many people. But I told her that they advertised that it had a hide-a-bed couch and that we always brought a cot for the 4th person. It took her a while, but she gave us the king. Other than that, we had NO complaints. They have a pool that was right across from our room which we liked. But it wasn't inside so it wasn't noisy. It was under the second floor, so it was 3/4 of the way covered. It was very nice. It was about 15 minutes from downtown Charleston, but we were right on the interstate and it was an easy drive. It was in a quiet location surrounded by trees. The breakfast buffet was very good and they had quite a bit of things to eat. We would DEFINITELY stay again!

F rom the time we arrived at the hotel the staff was friendly,helpful and with a great attitude not afraid to laugh that is good to see. The complimentary breakfast was good and plentiful with fruits, donuts,waffles and more let's not forget to mention the great coffee.

“Ladson, SC Best Western”

The hotel staff was very friendly and took steps to make sure check-in was smooth. i got to my room and found conditions to all be good. There were nice touches like the folded edge of toilet paper and folded towel "fans". These are typically seen in higher star hotels. Their is a housekeeper that pays attention to details. Great to have. All employees encountered, greeted me each time I saw them. Will stay again.

“GREAT LOCATION”

Easy on/off highways; Waffle House, McDonalds and gas station across the street - what's not to like? Would not stay more than a night or two because there are no hotel "amenities", but perfect for overnight.

I arrived really late and left really early, but the bed was very comfortable.
