Would not provide refund on refundable room

Posted May 20, 2015
Cons: Honor the refundable rooms. Beds were hard.
I paid extra money to book a room I could cancel in the event my mother became ill. Instead, I was the one who became sick and needed to check out early. This hotel would not refund me for the last night I was supposed to stay. Will never stay here again.

Very Satisfactory Hotel

The hotel was fine - not 5-star fancy - but totally adequate. I would gladly stay here again or try other hotels of this chain.

OK Stay

Pros: Clean, neat, modern
Cons: Pillows
Place is clean and convenient to stores, food and Purdue. Price was good but beds were too firm.

Good choice

Posted Apr 3, 2015
Pros: The convenience from W Lafayette.
Cons: Local channels so that weather could be checked.
Location: I only stayed overnight and did not go to anything nearby.
The room was clean, no local channels on the dish, and the complimentary breakfast was o.k. The lady working the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. I would stay at the facility again. The rate that I received through Expedia was the same rate as if I had called the facility.

Nice hotel

Posted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: The beds were AMAZING!!
Location: Lots of restaurants. Within 15 minutes of Purdue University campus.
The hotel and my room were clean which is probably the most important factor for me. Everything in the room worked and was well maintained. I was very happy with my experience. It is an older hotel, but you can tell that it has been maintained and is in great condition. You can tell that "Luxury" improvements have been made and added to the rooms. The continental breakfast was nice and very adequate. THE BEDS WERE WONDERFUL!! They were not the standard rock hard beds that seem to be in most hotels. For the price I would definitely stay there again.

Close to hospital/restaurants

Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: The close proximity to IU Health Arnettt Hosp
Cons: The heating system AND the light switch is BEHIND the door as you come in . .. sounds trivial but mist hotels are to the right when u enter .
Location: Lots of restaurants, shopping . .convenient
The room was ok .. the one thing was drove us kind of nuts the room was either hot or cold .. NO INBETWEEN .. because this hotel is a "green hotel" apparently the heat is controlled by your presence in the room. We left for dinner and came back it was 65 degrees in the room . .it's the end of February in Indiana . .this isn't acceptable! Then the heat ran for most of the night .. never shut off. We have stayed at Baymont Suites @ the Indianapolis Airport . .that property is far superior to this one .. .
