Our room smelled like a dirty dog. The counter top was smeared. The furniture was dusty. The windows were dirty. One of the lamps in the bedroom didnt work and it stink in the hallways. Toilet is too low.

Our room was infested with baby roaches. Then after moving rooms the tv in the room did not work. This is by far the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed at.

Very pleasant stay
We spent 3 nights at the hotel. Overall great experience, nice well appointed room with kitchen, very clean, comfy beds. The three reception counter persons we interacted with were all very attentive and helpful with any questions and made you feel appreciated as a guest. The only 2 remarks being the thru the wall Ac/heating unit made some noises when cycling, off mostly, and the (free( wi-fi is somewhat weak and is unprotected, no security installed, so do not use for any sensitive communications such as online banking or purchases.

Our stay was very comfortable and when we got in on the November 16, 2023 the night girl was sooooo sweet. They had been having trouble with TVs, but even with no tv will were happy. The desk girl wanted to see for another room but it was too much trouble.. She even said she would speak to manager to discount the room since we didn't have a tv..

Our room smelled like pee. It was damp and hot and smelled of animal urine, like a wet kennel! Our toilet barely flushed. The mattress on the sofa bed was nothing but springs and a cloth. No one slept.

The staff put us in a room that wasn't cleaned at all. Called down to office. She moved us to another room with a huge crack in the ceiling with noticeable uneven sheetrock. Roach crawling on room wall. The staff is very very VERY unprofessional .No housekeeping on weekends. We had to take our linen downstairs to get fresh towels and sheets.

I was charged the $100 through Expedia plus I was charged $150 two times because they made a mistake twice the hotel room had fleas in it so we did not stay the night we left

Hire better housekeepers
There was soap scum built up in the bathroom shower. The dishes still had food residue on them from the previous guests stay. There was sticky soda residue on the lip of the nightstand table. The air conditioner couldnt keep the room comfortable. We were in town for one night attending a family members funeral, so we didnt have time to take pictures. The housekeepers need to pay more attention.
