Won't stay again

Only received one small wash cloth for a two bed hotel room. Went to the front desk to ask for clean towels and didn't have any to give. Room was always warm no matter how much we turned on the air conditioning. Did like the kitchen in the room, missed not having a contiental breakfast offered. Don't recommend if your traveling with young kids. Having the breakfast included always a plus.

Dear Mary, I am so sorry to hear of your experience while staying with us. Please know one washcloth per room is not to our standard and I am terribly sorry this is what you experienced. We should have had 3 washcloths in your room and I will reiterate this with all of our staff. I understand having a complimentary breakfast can be helpful when traveling with children, however, so can having a kitchen in your room. We find that many of our guests do appreciate that feature when traveling with kids. I am sorry this wasn't the case in your situation. Sincerely, Christin G.

Great Family hotel

Great hotel for graduation weekend

The front desk people were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Purdue University, but so are most of the hotels in Lafayette. The lobby had information about graduation, including a campus map and recommended parking. The hotel is right off I-65, but the rooms are sound-proofed and I found my room on the back of the hotel very quiet.

i love the stay.the onky complaint is that the bed needs to be more comfortable.the mattress was too hard.other than that I would love to return.

Very unsatisfied

My husband and I checked in and turned around to check out within 60 minutes. We made a different reservation the same night just down the road. The room smelled like stale smoke. There were wrinkles in the bedding and stains on the comforters. Several crumbs were against the walls and cabinets. The pool was very cold. I am waiting to hear back from Hotels.com about reimbursement or credit. I would never recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, close to the customer I was visiting

Pros: The place was very clean, the staff was great and the location was close to my customer.
Cons: Nothing...the place is great
The young man who checked us is was great, he explained how to use the appliances in the room and even went out of his way to give us dinner suggestions and discount coupons.

Super convenient

We got stuck in a snow storm. They were very accommodating. Very clean and a great pool that was actually warm. Lots of amenities near by.
