terrible bathroomsPosted Aug 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
I always stay at comfort inn when I travel, mostly due to their reputation in cleanliness.this comfort inn fell below my expectations. The toilet was old and filthy, grime everywhere. There were stains on the bathroom floor and tub. Although the water pressure in the shower was good.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Orange Juice didn't work and the employee didn't know what to do. Also only one brand of cereal and employee said she couldn't get to more without manager, had to let them know they were low on eggs and coffee as well as other things. One guest complained about their room not being clean but ours was okay. Comfort Suites are normally better than this one was.

Stay somewhere else!Posted Jun 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was exhausted after a 15-hour drive, so after a friendly check-in, I just collapsed into bed. The next morning, I was horrified to see that the bed was the only clean thing in the room. Everything else was sticky, dirty, dusty, stained, mildewed, or moldy. My towels were damp. The carpet stained my socks. The worst was the light switches. They are rusted, as almost everything in the room was old and worn, but they were also filthy, sticky, and had dust so old it looked petrified. It was disgusting. I have never stayed in a room so dirty. Someone had written a message in the grime on the bathroom mirror and it obviously hadn't been cleaned before I checked in. I learned my lesson about not reading online reviews! The housekeeping staff, if there is one, needs some serious retraining. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I will be contacting the corporate offices for Comfort Inn and Suites.

Why have an indoor pool and NOT heat it??Posted Apr 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were specifically looking for a hotel that had an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub. This hotel has an indoor pool, but the heater was not turned on nor was the room heated at all. It was FREEZING!! My daughter was SO DISAPPOINTED!!

We picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool which was so cold we could not even swim. The room was a little dirty but very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Just okayPosted Apr 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room was a nice size, but a bit old...needs some upkeep. I almost got locked in the room when the door knob fell off. The only reason we picked this hotel was for the heated indoor pool...and it was FAR from heated, and not very big. Don't think we'll be staying at this one again...
