The hotel is run down and in need of repairs and updating. The room was clean and the beds were comfy, but the room smelled closed up and musty. The building paints is peeling and cracked in multiple places. I would not stay here again.

The young lady who checked me in was very helpful, cheerful, n knowledgeable so I'd give her a 10 out of 10 stars if I could.. the rooms are not well maintained or thoroughly cleaned. The bed sheets seemed clean however the pillows are tiny like a quarter size of most hotel/motels I've stayed at but for the price o think it could be updated n repairs made. The faucet n showerhead pipes pull out of the wall about 2 or 3inches. Walls are in need of repair. But they are renovating the pool. Checking in was the highlight of my stay . I hate to be harsh but I think it's better to tell it like it is.

Building is older needs remodeled, cracks in the ceiling, big gap between door and door frame (sunlight was getting through). Non smoking room reaked of marijuana (LA is not a recreational use state). The ladies working the front desk were very nice.

Robbed by the hotel
When I tried checking in my room was given to someone else, the clerk accidentally locked herself out of the office when she went to check the rooms that were supposed to be available to see if they were empty. She locked herself out and I had to wait for someone else to come and unlock the door to see if she can find me another room. I ended up with a handicap room Which I didn’t care about by then, I was just ready to get in my room. I left to go hang with friends after being in my room for about two hours . I came back went to bed to prepare for church the next morning. Got up looked at my suitcase. All my shirts that I had laying on my suitcase before I left the night before was gone I double checked everything to make sure I hadn’t dropped it and it was definitely there because I had it as a selection on what to wear to hang with my friends. I reported it to the office they called the police and all of a sudden the owner of the property could not remember his password to get into the Camera system. It took 20 to 30 minutes for him to get in the cops watch the footage after the fact and did not see anyone entering my room. Those 20 to 30 minutes I know he spent erasing memory. My clothes did not just evaporate into thin air and they were there before I went hang with my friends. It’s sad when you’re paying your money to stay somewhere and people are robbing you. My entire experience was horrible. This was not my first time staying with them, but this will be my last,

I didnt like i had to change my own linens n roomservice was none for a whole week.we left oneday early because of my allergies to pets.the 3 floor was supposed to be no pets i know better my symptoms were bad and plus a dog was allowed in the pool.we saw noone swimming .so if you have pet allergies. Not a good place.breakfast was average

Wasnt told the pool was closed till after we booked.. Got there checked in and was given keys to a room they say was under construction, looked like it was still dirty from prior stay.

3 night stay resulted in having to stay in 3 different rooms. 1st room had mold and water damage and the tv didn’t work. The 2nd room the AC went out and the 3rd room had a bunch of water damage on the ceiling of the walkway. I’ve stayed here every year in august for past couple years and it’s been fine but this will be the last time I stay here after the current conditions of this place

I booked a nonsmoking-King Bed on hotels.com at a good rate and a 3 star rating. I ck’d in by phone since it would be wee hours of the morn when I arrived and the ladies were very helpful. I requested a bed change from king to 2 doubles w/no problems. However, when I arrived at 4am I was immediately informed that ck out was still at 11am. That was very disappointing. Had hoped for a later ck out time. And the room was clean but smelled heavily of nicotine and I couldn’t get to sleep. It gave me a headache. 😩

Do not stay here. The hotel smells like mildew and cat pee, to the point we only stayed a couple of hours and then left because I got a headache from the smell. Not a clean hotel.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. This is an older property with a pool in disrepair. Areas to eat or shop were very convenient. The grounds and rooms could use upgrading. Rooms were damp & musty smelling but the price was right and because of the staff/front desk people....I'd stay there again. Due to staff...they made it worth it. Give them a property to be proud of. With them and upgraded rooms...this hotel could be really 4 stars.

We have stayed here before with no issues at all. But this time the room smelled bad. It smelled like mildew and musty. We were exhausted so we just went and bought some febreeze and sprayed the room down to make it bearable. The remote also stopped working and we couldn’t watch tv the next morning. Also kind of disappointed that the pool was closed being it’s the heat of summer

You get what u pay for. The bathroom door was falling apart the panels coming off and the bottom hinge broken. Couldn’t shut the door. Pool not in working condition and the continental breakfast consisted of cereal, oatmeal and toast. The beds and a/c worked and in the long run it worked for what I needed which is to just sleep and save money.

Poor maintenance. Doors cracked. Needed painting. Flaking, rusted door frames. Peeling, disgusting toilet seat. Smelled Bad. Floor very dirty. Breakfast bar out of yogurt, muffins and decaffeinated coffee. Fruit was old. Manager said they were out of wheat bread and no Raisin Brand cereal. Friendly night staff. Good location.

There was a 1/2" gap between the front door to our room and the door casing. the door was kicked in a few times! Numerous cracks and water damage to sheet rock. Noisy in parking lot and around the other rooms. Front desk area smoke smell was horrible. Really felt that something bad was going to happen. Worst room I have ever booked! NOT RECOMENDED! Did not stay! Found a better and safer place to stay!!

We did not stay in this hotel due to the smell and cleanliness. We walked in and saw the the condition of the room and walked right back out. We paid, unfortunately will probably not get our money back. I think hotels.com should not list this hotel. There was hair on the toilet, water/dirt around the sink, crumbs on the floor and the bottom of the tub had a huge patch, mold all over. I do have pictures but it wont let me upload.

Only suggestion is, they should offer more for breakfast, if they're going to say they offer breakfast. There really wasn't much there.Not really a big deal because BK & McD's are very close. No complaints about the facilty.
