Had a nice simple 2 night stay while we were in town to tour Purdue. There was construction being done on the exterior that limited some parking, and change of entrance. But that didn’t really impact much. I would recommend.

Property was not clean from outside and inside. The breakfast was not available and not monitored or replenished. One guy put his hand and removed our waffle. Very unhygienic place is the food area. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eating there honestly.

Hotel was clean. My only comment is that their sheets were kind of scratchy and Id recommend a higher quality for guest. It wasnt the most relaxing night due to sheets. All else was very good.

This hotel is under construction. Upon driving up we were slightly concerned, but the lobby looked clean and the staff was nice and efficient. We ended up in a room that had a thermostat that shook the room and an ant problem. I contacted the front desk in the morning concerning the two issues and they assured me they would be taken care of by the time we returned. Upon getting back to the hotel around 7 in the evening, there were ants crawling on the desk. The staff or manager (I am not sure which) came in and sprayed and cleaned the desk, but the room stunk for the rest of our stay. Additionally, the thermostat continued to have problems. We asked to switch rooms, but they said they did not have any for us to move into. We spent nights at the hotel and it was the worst experience we have had in a hotel in a long time. In addition to the ants and the thermostat, we had little pieces of styrofoam that appeared to be blowing in through the thermostat all over the floor. We had asked for the room to be cleaned on the second day and it never was, so we needed to ask for towels. The hotel should not be opened during the renovations if they can not keep their rooms to a certain level of cleanliness. The only redeeming thing about our stay was the friendly staff. On that point though, I was told that they would refund me through Expedia and have since learned they are only willing to refund a portion of the stay.

I had requested a hotel near Purdue in Fort Wayne Indians. I expected you would sent me those hotels. When we get to the Fairfield in Indiana they told me I didn’t have reservations there that it was Fairfield in Lafayette. We were blessed that they had two rooms for us. I called the one in Lafayette they were kind enough to cancel our reservation and not be charged. I would hope Expedia doesn’t charge us as it was impossible to get ahold of them.

Nice and clean place to stay.
Staff was welcoming ans friendly. Hotel is clean and nice breakfast. I wish hotels provided pullout sofas with better quality mattresses. My son is a teenager. He’ll get over it.

Good location. Front desk associate very friendly, no issues with stay. I would suggest going easier on the fragrance being used to freshen the rooms. It was very strong scented.

Everything was great, but the beds could be looked into changing.. my 17 year old daughter and myself woke up with the worse back pain
