So I got a room and checked in at 3pm . Why when me my fiancé and three year came back from visiting our family , they gave our room away to some man. Then gave us a room that was dirty af ! Although it did get cleaned , the room still smelt like a male team ran through it after a game . Very musty. And I was told it was the only room left . Also my property was inside the other room as well . We waited until 1:35am to get into our room.

Over all the staff was great and very talkative but at check in they did not notice any of my request or honor them. It was hard to sleep and noisy. The tv was not working when it did it was extremely dark.

My stay was really good until my husband got sick and we needed to leave and get him back to Mississippi before his condition got worse.We had to leave money on the table because the hotel would not approve us for a early checkout due to the fact that Expedia would still charge them. So the Hotel and Expedia chose to ignore the fact that their customer had a serious emergency to keep money in their pocket!! This is sad! My husband has been in the hospital since Monday 9/11/23.. I was there for my brother’s wedding I would not have missed that if it was not a serious issue! So I’m mot sure if I would use Expedia are stay at this Hotel again.

Would stay here again.
It was perfect for a weekend getaway. It’s located near restaurants and shopping. Hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. A hot breakfast too!

Not that friendly
Front desk worker wasn't very friendly. There was a group there when we checked in that seemed like a team. She wasn't nice to them either. Every person seemed to have had issues checking in and she didn't apologize or act sincere. Multiple people were complaining about checking into dirty rooms while I was checking in, which made me weary of staying at this hotel. The only positive thing I can say is the breakfast was amazing and the breakfast attendant was extremely friendly and stayed on top of replenishing the food and keeping the area clean. She deserves to be recognized, especially for the amount of people she was helping during a busy weekend.
