“need more towels, wash cloths, soap , conditioners and shower cap”

The hotel gave limited towels for a family of 4, no showercap, they reports they did not have anymore, note enough, had to use small pieces of broken soap, no conditioner

“no microwave or refrigerator in the room/will not return”

Hotel seemed dirty...not impressed with breakfast selections/some machines were broke/no microwave or refrigerator in the room...this is a must when I travel.

“Great Mattress!!!!”

The room was extremely clean and comfrontable. The mattress was very soft. Hard wood floors, large bathroom, nice pool. Less than 5 minutes from I-10.....

“Convenient but not impressive”

I was working a conference and the hotel was close to everything I needed to get to but I was booked in a smoking room because it was the only thing left and the smell was all over everything.
