Impressive effort to meet customer needs
Enjoyed this stay! Very clean and economically organized. The desk clerk double-charged me for my stay, but quickly worked to fix the mistake, and I was refunded even quicker than estimated. I appreciate that attention to meeting customer needs and making things right. Will surely stay here again.

This property has lots of stains on the wall near and above the beds. We reserved 5 rooms and was disappointed in all 5.

For the price it was fine. Damaged wall in the bathroom and a couple lines across the TV but other than that it was what we needed…. A clean place to crash.

Not the best - needs a lot of changes
This was a 2 night stay as we traveled across country. We picked this location because of the good reviews. However, if we could have changed our plans we would have. Although we booked a non-smoking room, getting to our room through the smoke-filled lobby was extremely unpleasant. Our room was close to the lobby and the smoke drifted down the hallway and under the door to our room. We had to put a towel at the bottom of the door to keep the smoke out. There were multiple holes in the bed sheets. Other people who were staying there with their dogs did not have them on a leash and the dogs rushed at our dog. So, this location does not enforce it's own pet policies. We won't book this location again.

I wont be back
I was only staying there bc i didnt want to sleep on anyones couch bc i had to make a quick trip to and back home thr next day. I think that was my last time ever staying there. They are so outdated uncomfortable and loud. The best part was that the lady checkin us in was friendly. I mean but for the price what can you really expect. I did at least exoect to be able ro sleep so i could drive home the next day but sleep was pretty rough. I was on the first floor and rhe ppl above me were loud running and rumbling all night... it stopped at about 1230 and started back earky around 7. Then the room i was in was near the ice machine so i could hear it at crazy hours of rhe night. The shower head looked extremely rusted and the toilet made the loudest long squeak noise with every flush. They have cable but no smart tv so if you have kids you wont have many options for shows/movies. They should also get some type of device with usb outlet for ppl who may not have their charger blocks with them.

The room with a kitchenette was basically empty cabinets, no outlets near the "range" or microwave, no silverware or plates or anything like that. Just a sink and two burners. Okay that's not THAT big a deal since it's the same price as without the kitchenettes but it kinda sucked.

Housekeeping is incredibly loud starting around 8AM. Not just knocking on doors, but talking amongst themselves, laughing and yelling down the halls. The hotel also doesn’t provide “Do Not Disturb” signs to signal that we don’t want housekeeping. The bedding and towels are terrible. Parking is limited and feels unsafe with limited lighting. You can here everyone walking above you. There are no amenities to speak of, no breakfast, snacks to buy other than a broken vending machine, and there’s no elevator. While the motel is not “expensive”, given all of these other factors, it is overpriced.

The property didn’t have water one night, very few towels, bathroom was dirty with rusted fixtures and on the last night there was a MOUSE in my room. There was nobody on property to do anything so they moved me at 4am, I got no sleep that night and no refund, extended stay to get some additional sleep with a later checkout, etc was offered. Expedia has also been useless on the issue thus far

When walking into the lobby for check in the whole lobby reeked of Marijuana. The smell was also in the hallway and rooms. The shower in our room was dirty when we checked in. Ask for extra towels because we had 4 adults and a child that needed to shower (2 towels and 2 wash cloths in room) and were told we had to turn in dirty towels to get new ones. Staf was rude when asking to get refund due to having to cut trip a day short. Would not recommend this hotel at all.
