Average motel on average price. Don't expect more

Posted Aug 23, 2014
They do not change the sheets, even after 5 days. Bathrooms are cleaned in a superficial way. The complimentary breakfast is not to be tried unless one is starving. You get what you pay for. Very convenient location. Close to Purdue and restaurants, shopping

Clean, Comfortable & Inexpensive.

Posted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: See above
Cons: The pool was not open. Need those do not disturb signs for the door.
Location: Perdue University. Nature trails. Indiana beach is not far away to the north.
The staff (Owner) I believe was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and exactly as described. Mattress was very comfortable. They had a built in hair dryer, ironing board and iron, free ice in the vending machines. Free wifi and cable. For the price you can't beat it. Next time we are in the area we will definitely stay there again.

Room is cold in winter

Posted Jan 20, 2014
It's a motel. One night in cold and snowy winter. Room was cold when I checked at 9 pm. Turned room fan heat( the window AC type). Remained cold for two more hrs. The fan was loud through the night. I remmend bring in your ear plug on winter or hot summer!

Winter in West Lafayette

Posted Dec 17, 2013
This is a poor excuse for a motel in the winter. Poor snow plowing. The only heat was from a air conditioner/heater which blows the hot air up toward the ceiling leaving the cold near the floor. Drive a bit further to find better.

You get what you pay for.

Pros: The desk worker was very nice and the area was very quiet.
Obviously with a price of $48 a night we weren't expecting much but we were not even given the amenities. There was no iron and ironing board and the wifi did not reach to the back of the hotel we are. We did not even try the breakfast. It was a clean bed to sleep on and a roof over our heads so it was $48 worth. The shower did not drain well and the shower head was only about 5'3" so there was back bending to wash my hair.

Pros: Convience to Purdue and where my son lives
Cons: No hair dryer or good breakfast
Location: 5 minutes to Purdue
This is a plain jane hotel, but it was much closer to Purdue than we have stayed before. My daughter and I had a quick trip for Purdue and it was great for just us. The breakfast was nothing that we wanted so we just went to McDonalds.
