Like sleeping in a bar.

Room was permeated with cigarette smoke. Walkways and stairs not shoveled after snow. This is a motel - not a hotel! Don't let the Quality Inn name fool you.

New Room in an older Hotel

Posted Jul 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
My family and I checked into the hotel in the evening and I was a bit concerned about the outside condition of the hotel. However, the clerk was friendly enough and took care of everything quickly. We ended up staying in a newly renovated room in a wing where a lot of rooms were still not finished (hence my concern over the outside condition of the hotel). We stayed over the weekend, so I never heard any construction noise which was good. Also, the common area by the pool was nice and the free breakfast in the morning was served in the hotel's restaurant which had plenty of seating. The hotel was conveniently located to Turkey Run State Park where we went canoeing and was close to restaurants, a movie theatre and a bowling alley. I'd like to see the place again when the renovation is complete. I thought the room was a very good value.

Disgusting!!

Posted Jun 10, 2013
For the money it wasn't what I expected the motel 8 down the road looked a lot nicer. We got this for the outdoor pool which was freezing. The rooms were clean but needs a lot of work. The bathtub leaked water, there was only 3 outlets in the whole room which is hard when everyone wants to charge there phones. We were the only room on one side the rest of the rooms were torn apart so I guess they are remodeling. The cement poles holding up second floor are falling apart doesn't look safe at all. The room to get ice was filthy and falling apart didn't get ice didn't want to catch something. The lounge and resturant are closed and have been for awhile but on the website they say open. We were in town for baseball games other parents were going to stay but as soon as we saw the rooms i called everyone to let them know not to come there. It was gross all in all very disappointed!!

DO NOT STAY HERE

Very poor hotel, looks like someone tried to remodel and ran out of money.
