Internet and security main problems

Posted Jan 30, 2015
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The breakfasts, security, internet, laundry, etc.
Location: Since we left shortly after arriving, I really can't say.
5 police cars showed up one night -- searched rooms. No workable internet -- company said they no longer serviced that location. This service was guaranteed! Room had old, musty smell to it. One washcloth looked dirty. Breakfast consisted of waffles (can't eat due to diabetes) and white and whole wheat toast. That's all!

Pros: the in room safe and the desk
Cons: be sure to check the temp control on the fridge. i put coke in and it froze overnight and exploded
the check in staff was very friendly and informative. this is our first time at the red roof inn and found it a better value than other similar priced motels where we have stayed.

Expedia advertised free breakfast if we took 2 double beds rather than a king bed. We took the 2 bed choice, but upon arrival we found out there was NO breakfast at all.

Pros: location
Cons: week end person could have shown some concern or want to be nice to a paying customer
Location: did not explore except for the little store
no continental brfst. as advertised. not a roll or fruit. would not let my daughter even use the microwave they had at the office they had to walk across the street at the store, they got their 3 days paid why be nice to a customer?

RED ROOF INN, LAFAYETTE, LA

The room was adequate for the price, but was really, really small. The room was simply not designed for a king-sized bed. It felt cramped with just me in the room, and would have been really difficult for two people.
