The staff is great but location is a little isolated. The laundry facilities aren't great but the price is, overall it is a good place to stay.

Gentleman that checked me in was rude, door to our room was stuck & needs a good shove to close. Cockroach on table upon walking in & on the floors when we came back from dinner. Water b barely luke warm from shower. Shower faucet came off. Bed was really hard. Train blasting for a good 20 min at 11:30pm.

Studio 6 in Lafayette LA wasn't bad. It was quiet and clean and a good deal for the price. It was in easy walking distance from the airport but there was no sidewalk forcing me to take a dangerous stroll along a major thoroughfare.

They had blood on the curtains feces on the toilet roaches the room was supposed to be non-smoking but had multiple cigarette burn holes in the comforter worse hotel experience I've had in a long time

I literally would have preferred sleeping in my car. Unfortunately, there is not a photo attachment option here. I have photos of my room showing a filthy fridge, sticky floor, horrific bathroom, dirty table, and to top it off--a SOCK stuck inside my lounge chair as I unloaded my bags that came from SOMEONE ELSE! The front desk service worker was everything but nice. She literally did not offer me another room, was quite limited in her ability to communicate, was seemingly unprepared to work as a professional in a business setting. Other customers ahead of me complained as she stood there ignoring us all. It was quite pitiful.

I arrived to my first room. There was a puddle of water on the table. The floor was dirty not swept or mopped. The room smelled like dirty mop. The bed looked remade. there was a large stain on the mirror, trash in the drawer and the stove didn't work. My problem is.....no breakfast, no room service etc. There are advertisings all around about how they clean etc. Yet, i pay a ridiculous rate for literally nothing. I dont understand how less service means i pay more. I was given a new room and the second was not much better. I changed hotels.
