Only one issue, the rest fantastic.

Pros: Soft clean beds, separate bedrooms with a great living area, kitchen and dining nook, even a fireplace. A+
Cons: Pay-per-view movies and TV Checkout features are great features for higher end hotels, this hotel could upgrade their basic TV to one of those systems
Location: We were there to visit my nephew at Purdue, it was opening night for his show, so college town equals a plethora of venues super nearby.
The hotel is LOVELY, the staff very friendly and almost over accommodating. I had just one issue, immediately after I checked in and was getting ready to take a quick shower right away after travel. I'd been there maybe 15 minutes, I was just in my underwear when there were two quick knocks on the door, and before I could take a breath, literally less than 2 seconds after the knock, a maid barged in with washcloths I hadn't asked for. The people across the hall had. However, instead of immediately backing out the door seeing me topless in just my panties, the maid just stood there, door wide open, staring like a deer in the headlights. So I called down the front desk to inform them of my unexpected guest. They said they'd call me right back after talking to the maid, which they did. Then they started offering me tons of freebies. I tried refusing, I got a gift basket anyway personally brought up by the manager. They asked me repeatedly what else they could do and I wasn't upset; All I wanted them to do was re-train her to wait a few seconds longer for guests to answer her knock before she enters. I didn't want her to lose her job over it, nor did I want anything. It was an honest mistake, she was a young maid. I understand people can mess up and I wasn't angry. I said they best thing they could give me, was just train the maid better. Other than that faux pas, I enjoyed the hotel very much, relaxing and lovely.

Pros: Decent rooms and excellent staff.
Cons: Do not increase price because of Purdue games.
Good, clean room. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Very friendly staff.

Very nice rooms, clean, spacious - just what we needed for a 1 night stay with friends. Nice breakfast buffet - well filled even after 10:00 am. Good location, easier access from highway.

We love the set up for a stop on our trip to Wisconsin. We travel to visit my family home once or twice a year. I would be interested in a better price but we really like the three room two bedroom suite with sleeper sofa.

Nice place to stay

Posted Apr 9, 2013
Pros: Bonus points for vanity with magnified make-up mirror! Loved the cookies at check-in.
Cons: Breakfast was basic, but no attendant in site, and the coffee was empty during the "rush".
Location: Further than I thought to Purdue.
The place has huge potential. Odd things like you had to roll over the bed to get to a light switch (no room to walk around the bed). Very dated 4 ring burner stove. Nice linens, TV's, pool.

Best hotel bed I have ever slept in

Absolutely stunned with how nice this hotel was. It was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with Tempurpedic beds for $109. I have never stayed anywhere this comfortable before.
