great place for a wonderful golf vacation, wish I could have stayed longer. Took a day trip to the Cliffs of Moher and the Aran Islands, returned to the hotel and enjoyed a wonderful steak dinner. The location is centrally located, a nice walk to the beach and Main St., and the main location for me, Lahinch Golf Club. Will definitely return to this quaint and beautiful Lodge, the hospitality from the Staff was delightful!!

First class service. Irish hospitality.

Pros: The personal touch of the entire staff.
Cons: None noted.
Location: Close to the Cliffs of Moher
The owner, Michael was a wonderful host. He was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. He provided us travel books and even sketched a map for us to follow. Michael was tireless working the front desk, working dinners, and even personally cooking our oettes in the morning. He was obviously a great influence because every single one of his staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay. Wonderful restaurant in the hotel, food was amazing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room had been a little cool and staff arranged for additional heating within a couple of minutes. Would ave been perfect if tea/coffee facilities had been available in the room. Would definitely go back there again.

A restful stay

Very welcoming staff. Nice quiet surroundings. Good food quality especially at breakfast but the dinning was very good. Minor niggles of decor and a fan not working, but I would definately go back

Nice, but overpriced for what it is

I enjoyed my stay at the Vaughan Lodge hotel, the room was nice, the location was good, but I think it is overpriced for what it is. The price warrants a bit more service and facilities then what is on offer, nice hotel, but overpriced.
