Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier fehl am Platz
Das Hotel wird von Gästen der benachbarten Deutschen Vermögensberatung genutzt. Das ist ein Strukturvertreib und deren Mitarbeiter haben nicht das enstsprechende Nivau für so ein Hotel. Das müsste auf der Homepage des Hotels deutlich gemacht werden. Der Aufenthalt wurde durch diese Gäste deutlich getrübt. Der Wellnessbereich laut und voll. Die Bar laut und voll. Der Aufenthalt in diesem ansonsten schönen Hotel war schrecklich. Das Benehmnen der Mitarbeiter der Deutschen Vermögensberatung grenzwertig (Prolls). Nie wieder Vila Vita Marburg.

good value spa - sofa box spring bed was uncomfortable and not safe for kids. - Tesla charger was constantly occupied by others parking in the spot. Might as well not have been there. - Restaurant staff tried to upsell the all-you-can-eat buffet in a 5 minute monologue and complained about their manager.

Great Stay
We had an excellent stay here as part of our honeymoon. Gorgeous, spacious rooms with lots of amenities. Close walking distance to the central train station as well as Marburg Old Town. We wish we had stayed here for longer! Would highly recommend.

Not worth the price.
The size of the room was really nice. But that is all I can say positive. The king bed was literally two twin bed put together. Very low quality bedding, the pillows smelled of body odor, and the shower had mold. The room was non-smoking, but you could smell that it had been smoked in. We spent $150€ for a dinner for three from room service, and ended up not eating because of the amount of salt, and over cooked pasta. We ended up going into town to eat donor.

Top hotel men morgenmaden mangler det sidste
Dejligt ophold hvad man jo også forventer på et 5 stjernet hotel. Alt i top, dog manglede der lidt i at morgenmaden er 5 stjernet. FEKS Croissanterne smagte OK, men IKKE af en fransk croissant - hverken den med chokolade og slet ikke den almindelige. Så hvis man skal servere en croissant på et 5 stjernet hotel så skal den smage af den ægte vare. Det har jeg fået på flere andre 4-5 stjernede hoteller, men mange hoteller serverer også ligesom jer en forkert croissant.

The hotel is very well kept. The room is large and modern. The spa area (I used the gym) is well equipped. The Mediterranean restaurant served very good food for a reasonable price.

Not clued up for Vegans or dietary needs
Stay was great and generally staff were friendly, however staff are not really clued up with people with dietary requirements, such as vegan, which is not animal products, diary or eggs... this was difficult to explain, or for them to understand. Not wishing to be singular here, but this maybe serious if someone had an actually allergy, which makes them a vegan

All the staff were helpful and friendly, they always greet with a pleasant smile and hello. I had no problem with parking. I did not use the restaurant so can not comment on the food or service.

Luxury hotel with everything being great. Decor, great rooms, super comfortable beds etc. Only complaint is that bar has limited supply of German alcohols including wines. (Otherwise huge selection). Walkable to beautiful old Marburg. Definitely would recommend.
