Vackert men lite avsides läge, kanske inte det bästa för bara övernattning. Skulle gärna stannat en extra natt och njutit av omgivningen. Trevlig hjälpsam personal. Vackra rymliga och rena rum. Sköna sängar och god frukost.

Very comfortable with great views

Pros: Great views.
Location: Burg Eltz is about a 20 drive, there are a ton of hotels all around the hotel.
The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. There was great views from the balcony.

Pros: Beliggenheden og det opmærksomme personale.
Hotellet ligger naturskønt i rolige omgivelser og har en børnevenlig park. Personalet gav en god service og var altid smilende og opmærksomme. Der er en fin tag restaurant med flot udsigt og man spiser godt, forvent ikke et stort vinkort eller viden om samme. Der er også en hyggelig bar. Et godt udgangspunkt hvis man vil se Koblenz eller køre en tur langs Rhinen og se nogle af byerne langs den.

Muito afastado

O hotel é bem confortável, tem um amplo estacionamento, parquinho para crianças, tem um ótimo café da manhã estilo self service (com diversas opções, mas com atendimento dos garçons deixando a desejar), mas fica um tanto longe das principais atrações turísticas de Koblenz.

The rooms have issues and not clean enough

Our stay at this hotel is not a good one compare to the rest of the hotels we stay during our 10 days trip in Germany. The both rooms we were assigned to has drainage issues, the water will not go down in the shower. We have to change the rooms after our complains. And the walls are not sound prof we can hear whatever is on the other room late into the night. The location is far away from the city of Koblemz and without a car is hard to go around, unless you have a lot of time to wait for bus. Will not stay there again.

The location of the hotel is fabulous on top of a hill overlooking the confluence Rhine and Lahn. The hotel itself is in a park-like setting, which like the rest of the entire establishment has seen better days in the past. On the positive side, the hotel had a decent wellness (sauna) area, breakfast was reasonable and the Internet worked intermittently. The rest...most disappointing! The "standard" room I got was ridiculously outdated,small and smelled of mold the furniture was outdated and cheap, the room looked dilapidated, The mattress was a cheap foam mattress, the bed was incredibly small and "mobile" (on wheels). No idea how this establishment was able to receive 4 stars, 2 stars for nostalgia's sake would be ample.
