Beware of this hotel

Almost ruined our holiday as we were put ,in what seemed to be a single room which held a double bed. The toilet didn't flush and the shower was broken.I have sent an email to Best Western Hotels but as yet have heard nothing

Conveniently located to motorway and old city

Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ten-minute walk to old city center, neighborhood is a business district, so nothing exceptional, but not unpleasant either. Very easy access to motorway on the way toward Switzerland from Aix-en-Provence via Grenoble. Will definitely go back to spend time in the city. The canals/river area are lovely in the evening with many restaurants and people on Friday night, although it was still chilly out. We did not use the hotel garage (8 € for a night!) and receptionist told us that parking in the city is free at night, from 7PM to 9AM, so we opted to stay right on the street next to the hotel. We overslept in the morning and could not have breakfast (they were still serving, but we had to be at our destination at noon).

Pros: The clean and comfortable room
Cons: the staff
Location: Good location a short walk into the main town.
A lovely clean and comfortable hotel in a good position close to the old town, however the reception staff were incredibly unhelpful and gave no guidance as to how to find even the tourist information office.

close to train, bus lake, attraction in Annecy. There is a superstore 'SPAR' to the right to the hotel where u can buy water and basic stuff cheaper than other shops do check there timmings.

Pros: Good Restaurant and great breakfast (not included).
Cons: Wifi Connection
Its a nice hotel, a little bit outside the city center what is good for a business person. In terms of the room no too big, but space is enough. Wifi connection very bad!

Disappointment

Pros: Good central location and secure parking.
Cons: Least favourite was being given a room for disabled persons and an overly small double bed, suitable for one person only. Were we an oversight?
Location: Easy to find from motorway and only minutes away from the old centre.
When we arrived at our allocated room, we were horrified to discover it was a room for disabled persons with an EXTREMELY small double bed. We complained and were offered another room on the same floor with twin beds which was acceptable. I rather feel that having had a really good offer through yourselves, that we were very much downgraded and bearing in mind we had booked and paid for this a long way in advance were extremely disappointed to be given a room, almost as a second class citizen and an afterthought.
