Stayed the night on travel, and found the staff and the facilities to our liking. Great hotel, and for the money I don't think you will find anything better.

“Perfect stay, no highway noise”

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and comfy. My son especially liked that there was a little arcade near the lobby.

“Clean and pleasant - needs some upgrades”

This hotel is inviting, clean and very attentive to care and upkeep. The breakfast, while featuring the usual packaged Danish, also is generous with many choices. The exercise room is lacking in good quality and updated equipment and they would do well to replace some of the machines, add a water fountain. The Game Room should have some free games rather than just be a trap for parents to feed quarters.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean, staff very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The only slightly inconvenient item was the small size of the bathroom. The hotel is situated in a scenic area within a couple miles of the big lake. we had a nice dinner at a local Italian restaurant.

We evacuated from NYC due to hurricane Irene and was looking for a pet-friendly hotel in Poconos. Comfort Inn turned out to be the right choice. We met very friendly staff, had a big room with free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was much better than in other hotels. The only drawback was the smell of dogs in our room. We believe the air in the rooms assigned for guests with pets should be frequently refreshed.

“A good 3-day stay”

The hotel is well-kept and has a good breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful.

“Basic Accommodations”

Nothing fancy. Basic accommodations. Could use a little updating. Breakfast was very limited.

“Overpriced”

Although we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the staff was friendly, and the room clean, the hotel was overpriced for what it was and also had some negatives. Usually noises, such as television and showers from adjacent rooms were terribly loud. I'm a NYer and usually I barely notice a little noise from neighboring rooms but it felt like the hotel design amplified these usual sounds. Also the room was not well lit and there was not enough seating at the breakfast buffet area... I had to eat standing against a room divider.

“I will never go back to this hotel again...”

Bathroom wasn't clean, had some other's people hairs what is disgusting at least to myself. the air conditioner should have more than 20 years, noisy and dried the air. the whole impression is an old hotel not well maitained. Didn't like it at all...
