This is a wonderful location with great restaurants and bars around. The staff was great. They even picked me up at the bus stop. I would definitely stay there again.

A large hotel very close to the slopes, but a short way from the town. The staff were pleasant. I had a problem with the initial room which was changed without hesitation. During the school holidays it was obviously very family orientated. The food was very plentiful but not the most exciting. Overall a great base for a ski holiday

Loved the location, rooms are tiny, bathrooms nicely remodeled, breakfast buffet was very good. The only disappointment was the sauna.A) Hotel charges €10/person/ 2 hours and you must make a reservation. B)The entry to each sauna room is limited to 1 person/group but not all sauna rooms worked. And the booking times were not enforced so there was still a lot of people using sauna area from earlier booking times. Another words- we spent more time waiting outside the hot rooms waiting for people to leave than inside the hot rooms. C) hot tub had rather cold water for a HOT tub. Also the one functioning infrared sauna had unpleasant cold drafts coming from the floor.

The view is excellent! The place is clean and tidy, the food is great, the only thing that I would add is a pool.

Very nice
We had a one night stay. Everything was as promised. The room was clean and the bed was nice. We got room 221, and it had the most wonderful view at mount Spik. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and had both a warm and a modern atmosphere. We had breakfast and it had a fine selection. Staff was friendly and professional.

Fine overnight stay
Good hotel for outdoor active guests Good room Buffet dinner good value for money but could have been hotter with warmed plates - breakfast too. Labels on dishes would also be good also no allergen information.

I enjoyed my short stay! Beautiful views, friendly people. I’d definitely come back. I would say however that the hotel is pretty old, especially the rooms.

A pleasant stay
The location is about 20-minutes walk from the bus station and 15-minute walk to the center. It’s above the hill and just next to the lift in a quiet area. The room is not fancy but clean and well-designed with a great view from the balcony. The room is not warm enough but the staff helped bring a portable heater for me kindly. The breakfast is ok without many selections.

This is a ski in ski out hotel in the winter. We liked the location because it was a bit up above town, away from the bustle and was very quiet. Nice view of the town from our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they all speak English well. The room was very comfortable; nice bed. The breakfast that was included in the price was amazing with lots of choice and quality food. We also had a sauna in the spa (very reasonable additional charge); the spa is a fantastic place to relax after a long hike!

Well situated next to chairlifts and 5 mins from center. Reception was kind and helpful. Rooms were very hot, w no air conditioning or fans. Minimal amenities but beds comfortable. Breakfast was just ok but don't expect good coffee. No charm but does the job.

Poor choice
The staff where helpful and polite, the down side was the restaurant was closed as well as the bar, the closest amenities are approximately 10 minutes away. The bedroom was showing signs of age and needed immediate response decorating as all the walls where marked and look forward shabby. The bathroom was small but the ceiling had a lot of damp coming through. Overall the hotel was in a rundown condition. In the bedroom there was a location for a mini fridge, but no fridge or drink making facilities

Dear Sir, thank you for your review. Restaurant is opened out of season only in case somebody order lunch or dinner. Otherwise they close it. Only 300m from hotel there are many opened restaurants with big choise of food. Hotel is already partly renovated and also in your room you had new matresses, new TV, new windows, new curtains, new shower...... You are right, it is not yet totaly renovated. We do not have any fridges since there was no interes from guests for having them.

Great hotel for skiers
Hotel Alpina is situated on the slopes which is great if you come for skiing. It has very nice wellness area, breakfast is okay, staff friendly. I can easily recommend stay at Alpina.

the hotel will be very nice once the refurbishment is finished, the receptionist was very helpful , the only downside was we where only one of a few couples staying on the hotel, it felt at times that we where living the scenes from the film shining

Séjour incroyable
Excellent hôtel, je recommande le restaurant dont le buffet de petit-déjeuner est incroyable ! La chambre est spacieuse et très confortable, notamment la literie.Si je retourne en Slovénie, je réserverai à nouveau cet hôtel.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein relativ kleines aber sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Matratze war für mich sehr bequem, da Sie vermutlich einen weichen Topper hatte. Wir sind nur eine Nacht dort gewesen und haben die Natur genossen. Man kann von hier sicherlich gut wandern und wenn ich es richtig gesehen habe, direkt auf die Ski Piste. Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist wie immer Geschmackssache. Es war jetzt nichts besonderes, man kann sicherlich was finden. Der Kaffee aus der Maschine ist wohl schlechter als aus den Thermoskannen. Das Personal im Frühstückstraum ist nicht gerade über motiviert gewesen und auch nicht sehr freundlich. Der ich sag mal Lounge Bereich, ist auf den ersten Blick ganz gemütlich, aber leider sind die ganzen schönen Sessel und der Teppich schon so fleckig, da möchte man sich nicht so gerne hinsetzten.

Mooie ligging vlak bij meer van Jasna en bij begin van Vrsic pas. Schone kamer, goed ontbijt. We mochten de fietsen binnen stallen, dat was heel fijn.

Gut geeignet für die Durchreise. Modern und sauber. Viele Chinesische Touristen und Reisegruppen. Abendbuffet naja, Frühstücksbuffet gute Auswahl. Gute Parkiermöglichkeit direkt vor dem Hotel.

Très bonne nuit
L’hôtel était très bien! La chambre était moderne et les lits confortables! La salle de bain est très belle! Seul bémol si on aime le sucré au petit déjeuner : il y en a mais en bien moindre quantité que le salé.
