“Underrated Hotel with a Truly Outstanding Employee”

I was actually surprised to find all of the amenities in the room when I walked in. I was expecting a simple room and bathroom for the price I was able to get the room for. However there was a high quality refrigerator and microwave in the room as well as a coffee maker. Also the TV we a better quality than I often find in rooms much higher priced. It staff did an excellent job in taking care of the room as well. Parking was excellent and I found the breakfast to exceed the average for a two-star facility. I was extremely impressed with Ramona. She was an outstanding desk associate. She is a true asset to the property at Sulphur, LA and all Days Inn facilities across the nation. Ramona is a very sharp individual and genuinely dedicated towards making each guest welcome and making their stay as pleasant as possible. She is a real tribute to the Days Inn organization as well as to the manager who had the insight to hire her and give her the opportunity to excel. She has outstanding possibilities in the hospitality industry. I hope the Days Inn organization can recognize this and give her the training opportunities she needs and the future she deserves.

wish the pool was open later. Rushed back to hotel to swim, only to find that the pool closed at 8:00. The sun was still shining!

Room was clean shower needs new head the bed was firmer than I like but got a pretty good nights sleep would stay again price is nice worth the money

When returning back to the hotel that evening, there were over 100 Spanish baseball dressed kids playing basketball in the parking lot,with a portable basketball goal. They were sitting on our car, which I told them to remove there self and then a very rude Spanish guy confronted us because we drove in the parking lot to park disturbing their game. He wanted to fight, which we walked away. There must have been 20 kids staying in each room. I paid extra for my son to stay with my husband and I. I reported this to the girl at the desk also. We will make sure we don't stay there again.
