“relax”

“Okay but not great!”

Pool was small and green....in need of repair. The roof where the pool is located needed some updating. Had plastic plants and one table for a larger hotel this was not very attractive or practical. My bathroom had no fan. The view was other tall buildings. I didn't eat the buffet but i looked at it and didn't find many healthy choices. Parking is expensive and conjested. Staff was nice and came quickly with towels but waited all day to unclog the toliet. I would not stay there again.

“The hotel is well-kept, each of the staff was friendly, and the hot breakfast was a great value.”

The hotel is conveniently located right off of the freeway and a well-maintained property. We were easily able to reach multiple destinations from this convenient location. It was affordable with a comfortable room and a hot breakfast included in the price. We would definitely choose to stay again. Thank you for making our vacation enjoyable with a clean, safe, comfortable place to stay while we were in Lake Charles, LA.

Area recommendations

Prien Lake is beautiful and scenic. There is plenty for the family to do and enjoy while in Lake Charles.

“Nice Hotel”

Hotel was pretty easy to get to. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was pretty good also which was a plus. They had a pancake maker and had pan sausages and eggs. The pool was nice and clean and also quiet. Would stay there again in the future.

“Don't Follow GPS”

Clean and friendly, just don't follow your GPS it will take you to a different hotel Print map or call for directions. Front desk says everyone's GPS takes them the wrong way.

“A good option”

This particular Holiday Inn is right on the edge of a rough part of town... so you get a nice, large, well-lit parking lot that's monitored. The hotel has been recently renovated, and looks spectacular. The rooms are spacious, clean, and leave very little to be desired. Good stuff!

“Good Value”

Hotel was in good condition. General cleanliness and service was good. Hotel has a no pet policy which is srtictly adhere to so there are no concerns for people who allergies to animal.
