Great Price! Great Staff!

Location: 10 Miles away from L'Auberge Resort.
The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating to us! The rooms are exceptionally clean! Highly recommend this hotel!

Pros: The staff
Cons: Bedding. Have sheets that fit the bed better
Location: Location is close to a variety of restaurants and not far from downtown Lake Charles.
Mr. Rodrick, Miss Megan and Miss Yvette go out of their way to make sure your stay is exceptional.

Does not honor reservations.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Everything. It was dated. Towels and shower curtain smelled of musty mildew.
Location: Nothing in Lake Charles to do except casinos.
Even though the room was reserved a month in advance with an email confirmation, the room we reserved was not the room we received. They blamed Expedia.

I would first like to apologize for us not meeting your expectations -- however, it is standard that when booking through a third party website that you are guaranteed a room at that particular hotel. However, room type is not specified. -- We do our best to always try to meet or exceed or guest's requests. -- However, there are times that that is totally not doable. Please accept my apologies and I do hope that you will give us another try the next time you are in the Lake Charles/Sulphur area.

Best Friend Get Away

Girls weekend for New Years and we were very pleased with the hotel..staff was nice and professional.....room was very nice......housekeeping was helpful when we got up so late all we wanted was more coffee and towels and she took out dirty towels and gave us news ones right away.

Alright for sleep

It was comfortable and clean and staff was very friendly and worked quickly. Only thing I didn't care for was a full service breakfast instead of a ln option to have complimentary self serve or full service. We left hungry and I've never left a holiday inn hungry!

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay with us and I totally understand the confusion about the breakfast -- between Holiday Inn Express and Holiday Inn Full Service. We do have a full service restaurant and that is why breakfast is not included in our rate. I again apologize for the confusion and do hope that you will come back and see us again real soon.
