Reached their at 11 pm after a long day of driving. The first room that was assigned was not at all cleaned . The second room that was assigned had terrible smell .

We got in very late after driving several hours only to be given a room that was not cleaned. How disgusting it was left was disturbing. The front desk worker was embarrassed. Got another room which had a musty smell. At 4 am we were awoken with a phone call. No idea why but assuming maybe a wake up call that we didn’t request. We’re not picky people but this experience was horrible. Other than it being convenient off of 10 and fairly modern, not something I would recommend.

The Best Western in Iowa Louisiana is very clean, well staffed and friendly , great parking area, close to some truck stops with fast food restaurants. The breakfast area was so nice, staff fixed your plate👍, counter tops all in order, and the continental breakfast is definitely a 5 star. My room was spotless 👍. Definitely will stay again when in that area. #teambestwesterniowala

Zu teuer
Dafür, das das Hotel recht neu war hatte es schon einige Macken. Die Ice Maschine im 1 Floor war defekt. Eine zweite gab es nur im 3. Floor. Der Pool war ok es fehlten allerdings Schirme für Schatten. Es waren 40 Grad. Frühstück mit Service war ok. Das Zimmer wirkte recht nackt. Kein WiFi am Pool.
