I didn't stay not even 30 min. As i was walking to the room.. the hall ways were dirty you could see dirt piling up on the edges of the floor and it looked as if they were spraying some kind of white powder all along the edges of the floor. Once i got to the room it was the same on the floor and everything in the room seemed worn out ,broken, rust & and the A/C didn't even work plus they had left a small portable heater in the room.. trash as place. I dont recommend it

Check in clerk was professional and helpful. The toilet didn’t flush in the room and she immediately switched my room, and then only 1 key worked and again she immediately fixed it. Very nice young lady.

This property looked rundown from the outside but I was always taught not to judge a book by its cover. So I checked in. I always get extra towels and extra blankets it’s the first thing I do after checking in. I noticed the towels were old, they looked washed but they were still dirty looking if that make sense. Basically they were not white anymore. I got inside the room and noticed the cover on the electrical outlets were gone. The smoke detectors pulled from the wall the carpet was dirty the bathroom was also dirty. I always clean the bathroom first at every hotel I’ve ever stayed in it’s a normal thing for me. But I’ve never saw it that dirty. It was already late and I had to get up early the next morning so I had to sleep in there. I checked out the very Next day and was told I would get a refund for the nights I didn’t stay. I checked into another hotel and of course I didn’t get my money back and Expedia wasn’t much help at all either. This hotel had ppl outside all day and all night as well. I would rate 0 STARS but I had to put something. Never stay here unless you like sleeping in places like this. I didn’t sleep at all I was so tired at work that morning it was a darn shame. Hate it!

They're cutting in a breakfast was nothing but a honeybun my toll it was dirty they were very unfriendly there's a leak underneath my sink the receptacle on the side of the bed there's no cover to it do I need to go on!!!!

The DirectTV box wasn’t hooked up. Once we did, the box was screwed to the wall facing the floor so impossible to change channel with a remote. The lock at the top of the door was broken. Key reader to back door of hotel was broken so anyone could come in the hotel. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

I understand closing off rooms if they are damaged by a hurricane or something like that, but allowing people to stay in a room where the repairs are not complete is not at all understandable. Between the window frame and the wall is an easily visable seam, at its peak somewhere between a quarter and half inch running most of the length of the frame. By seam, i mean that i could place my room key beneath the window frame and slide it underneath, and it would fall to the sidewalk below. In essense, a facility should never be offering its guests a room where bugs could enter easily, rain could come into the room, or the air conditioning unit could hardly keep up with the outside air.

Nice hotel, considering the price. Quote funky in places. Hall really smelled like ethnic cooking. And bunch of gear stacked up in the hall. Wow - who got drywall mud smeared over the outside of my room door. Inside - nice. Newly renovated. But wish it had an extra table or some flat surface to put, say, my coat. There’s no closet or place to hang clothes. Great value. Just needs attention to detail. And a faster check in experience. But I’d go back again. Good location.

Reservation made a week in advance was not kept by the hotel. The room we booked was not available so they could only give us a smaller one. Hotel room was nasty. Long dark hairs on the pillows and sheets and all over the shower and bathroom. Crumbs, dirt, and filth all over the bed frames. Bathroom has holes in the walls and the bath constantly dripped and sputtered. Smell of weed filled the room off and on through the night. Had people trying to open our front door and room-joining multiple times throughout the night. Staff were pleasant.

The TV remote didn’t work, couldn’t change channels m, the front desk was no help and very rude. The acoustic ceiling was peeling and has water stains from a previous leak, the bed was hard as a rock. Even at the cheap price, is was NOT a bargain.
