“Cannot Recommend”
Was told first 2 floors of hotel were sold out - but few cars in parking lot. Hotel had a bad feel - young men were standing in groups in the parking lot, watching TV in the lobby, two sitting on hall floor outside of our room. Did not see a family or couple. Would never stay there again.
“Been in better”
Room was fairly clean but had a very musty smell. Entire hotel complex could use some maintenance and upgrades. The full breakfast buffet was one of our sellers but nothing spectacular.
“Good for a Short Stay”
I stayed here for one night on a business trip. It is a good place to stay if you are traveling and looking for a hotel right off of the interstate. The rooms are maintained alright, and the hotel offers breakfast in the morning. I would recommend staying here if you can get a good price.
“Front Desk Service”
The front desk did not understand how Expedia operates. Even though we explained to them that we had paid for the room through Expedia we were still charged for the room and more than what Expedia had. We were told our room was ready but upon entering the room it had not been cleaned and had to wait about 30 - 45 min. for housekeeping to clean the room. the hotel in general is nice, the room was comfortable but the Front Desk help needs more training.We reported the problem to the mother company. They were very apologetic and refunded the difference we paid in the rate. However we have not heard anything from the specific property. No apology or anything.
