The only criticism I had was the Hanger rod/rack was mounted about 4 feet off the floor, why so low?

Over night stay wasn't bad. They gave me a handicapped room even though I'm not. It was very spacious and clean.

Pros: Close to our event.
Cons: Updating of rooms.
Location: Joe's Pizza and Pasta was excellent!
As of March 9, 2015, renovations are going on in the lobby area. The noise was minimal and they were containing the mess as best they could. Rooms and bathrooms need updating. Our bed was horribly squeaky and the shower nozzle had seen better days. Our room smelled as if people had smoked in it before - it wan't overwhelming, but noticeable. Perhaps a room renovation is on tap after the lobby is complete.

Greedy manager!

Greedy manager! We booked one night only via Hotels.com just to make sure the hotel/room/bed were Ok. At check-in time we told the night clerk we are on a business stay and that we work for a large company the hotel had a special rate with. The next day we talked to the manager (a woman) who, knowing our situation, instead of booking our room for the next 5 days with the special rate, sent us to make the reservation on the internet. We made the mistake to do that and at check-out time we were charged the full rate. Through her actions (sending us to book online) showed that she never intended to offer us the rate negotiated with our company. For a measly $30/night extra this chain/hotel lost a client and gained an advocate against them.

Nice room at one time.

Pros: Pleasant staff. Hot breakfast.
Cons: Cleaning. Room condition. Room redo.
Location: Close to where we wanted to be and close proximity to new Casino.
The room was nice at one time. There were some cosmetic and cleanliness issues with the room though. Carpet stains, older mattress, water damage around the ceiling, rust spots on the outside of the fridge, hair dryer had a broken filter cover. Didn't look like housekeeping had cleaned very well. If I have to wipe down my hotel room I don't like that feeling! I always check for bedbugs so that is why I could tell the mattresses were aged. I work in Infection Control and cleanliness is important.
