Ramada should be ashamedPosted Feb 19, 2015
Pros: Close to where I needed to be
Cons: Have a new owner take over and deliver service that Ramada was once know for.
Location: Civil War reenactment, arts and craft fair, and Downtown Lake City.
Very dark and damaged furniture. Very dim lighting. Two of the three fixtures did not work. Hot water was barely above room temperature. I mailed the survey left in my room to Ramada, and it was returned to me as undeliverable. This facility maybe acceptable in some third world countries, but I expect better from Ramada in the United States.

Ok hotel for the pricePosted Dec 2, 2014
Pros: The staff was very friendly. Close to interstate and restaurants.
Cons: Rooms really need to be renovated.
We needed a hotel right off the interstate for one night on our way to Walt Disney World. It is not anything fancy, the rooms seem to be falling apart a bit. I will say though that the hotel staff was amazing! Very friendly! I asked for rooms next to each other and when I got to the room I realized they weren't connecting. I went back to see if we could move and the gentlemen let us switch rooms with no problems. The next day we checked out and got about halfway to Disney when we realized my daughter had left her stuffed animal behind. I called the hotel and they said they did in fact have it. They held it for us and we were able to pick it up on our way home from WDW. Even though the hotel wasn't that nice, the staff definitely made up for that!

A few hours stayPosted Nov 30, 2014
Is not bad if you are in a road trip and need to rest a few hours to rest. But i wouldn't recommend it for long stays. I have seen better Ramadas.

No!!!!Posted Nov 25, 2014
The rooms smelled like mildew. The remote didn't even belong to the tv. Disgustingly dirty, so dirty we just slept in our clothes on top of the beds. Ick! It was super creepy too! The price definitely reflects what you get. I wouldn't dare touch the continental breakfast either.

You get what you pay for. Cheap room, good location. No frills. Service sucked. Room was old.
