Unusual hotel - not entirely completed

Pros: The owner and staff
Cons: Miserable furnishings

Had a large flat outside main hotel which was full. No carpets and rather cold. Little furniture so no where to sit comfortably and relax. Very good bathroom and clever kitchen fitment. Quite good kitchen implement range but not comprehensive. Breakfast buffet of usual Italian standard. Dinner quite good. On the whole would recommend. 10 -15 min walk to Lake Como. A lot of traffic outside means inner facing rooms preferably

Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Floors were untidy and the furnishing wasn`t very functional. Apartment was big, though.
Location: Location was good.
2 adults and 2 children in July for 3 days visit. Apartment was air-conditioned with no balcony.
