“Good holiday base”

Un-prepossing hotel, out of town but right next to the bus-stop so no hassle. Room a tad spartan but always spotless, clean towels every day, bed linen every 3 days, we were out all day so no problem there. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast standard continental. Biggest disadvantage was having a front room right on the main road, so quite noisy. Next time - I'll ask for a rear room! Baredello was a good, inexpensive base for our holiday in Como.

“OK But a bit basic!”

We used this hotel as an overnight stop from Southern Italy to The UK. It is in the 'unfashionable' end of Como and there is not much in the way of restaurants in the area. It was handy for the motorway. The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The hotel needs refurbishment and its' public areas are shabby. Not suitable for an extended stay but reasonable value for money.
