Guests can choose from three pools and sunbathing areas furnished with cushioned sun loungers. La Piscina dei Fiori is immersed in the quiet of the park, surrounded by centuries old trees, ideal for relaxing immersed in the nature. Water on the Water is a crystal-clear water break in the blue of the Lake. T SPA Pool is the indoor swimming pool with infinity effects and a lake view from the outdoor jacuzzi.

A flood-lit clay tennis court in the park is available to guests. The T Fitness is in a dedicated sporting area few steps from the main palace; naturally lit and with view on the lake, it consists of a gym with Technogym cardiovascular and kinesis equipment; two dressing rooms complete with saunas and a relaxation area.
