“A pleasant stay”

The Regina Olga is a well run, calm and relaxed hotel. It is superbly located and is about a 3 minute walk for the boat stop - which has services to other towns and villages on the lake. Also only 2 stips from Como which has regular train services into Milan. A great buffet breakfast.

The hotel is in a very nice location, comfortable, friendly staff and provide good service. It is individual hotel with history. the rooms are in good condition and spacious but does not have iron and you would need to pay for ironing.

“The best location on Lake Como”

Chernobbio is the most delightful of the towns on Lake Como and The Regina Olga Hotel is in a superb position. It lives up to its 4 star rating. The area in front of the hotel is traffic free and leads down to the ferry and boat pick-up point. There are numerous restaurants and outside eating places. Delightful

“It was fantastic!”

It was fantastic! We stayed in the Regina Olga Hotel for a fortnight on our honeymoon in August 2010. We had a lake view from our spacious second floor room at the front of the hotel overlooking the terrace gardens and seating area below. All the hotel staff were so friendly, and could not have been more helpful, they all spoke English, (to varying degrees) and happily and patiently obliged our attempts at using basic Italian. Some nights we ate in the restaurant, and the food was excellent, the other nights we went out and sampled what the restaurants / cafes of Cernobbio had to offer and again we were not disappointed. The hotel was ideally centrally placed for all the amenities of the small town of Cernobbio, less than a minute walk away from the lake. We both said that this was the best holiday that we could have wished for and this was largely down the Regina Olga Hotel. We would definitely recommend to others and go back again some day.

“Old world charm”

The hotel is fabulously located in the centre of Cernobbio and the little extra for a lake view is a must. The hotel oozed old world charm but did not feel old. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was up to standard. I would go back!

Brilliant location, view, service! the room sizes are amazingly large for Italy. By far the best hotel in Como and I have tried most of them!

“Great hotel at a reasonable price”

Excellent hotel, in a great location right next to Lake Como. I booked an 'economy' room which was still to a great standard, and not very expensive. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice spread, and the bar was open fairly late. I would definitely return.

A beautiful historic hotel from a bygone era. The views of lake Como are stunning. A generous size room and modern bathroom . The was my favorite out of 5 hotels we stayed in , in Italy.
