Good location on the lake and overall a very nice hotel would recommend although we have extended our stay as we liked it here they have charged us a fair bit more on the nightly rate than our first few days which is a little unfair

Modern and clean- also had a pool! Walking distance to the ferry and a nice super market . Other then that, you need a taxi to the main part of town . The front desk was very helpful with that. The dining options at the hotel are great as well

Shower head was broken. Drainage was poor in the tub. Overall size small . Hotel is not cheap. One would expect better facilities for the price paid. Staff was very helpful though. Sheraton at airport is much better.

Indifferent at checkout, slightly disorganized. Good location and close to Cernobbio and some good restaurants. Concierge was terrible and quickly told the restaurant in the property (kitchen) was fully booked, so I proceeded to find multiple reservations at the Fork website within minutes of being told they had no availability. Most of the staff spoke very good English.

We had to be picked up by bus because the hotel would not call a taxi for us. Hotel is not well kept…our toilet seat was falling off as well as mold in the shower and on the “balcony.”. There are NO good views of the lake from here. We left early.

Great staff and good location, we had a problem with the hotel taxi not picking us up from station. There was a lot of noise around the pool area as an Alnovis event guests was allowed to make lots of noise and generally act very badly. Could not fault the hotel staff , lovely pool and food good.

Lovely place
Had a great time at Shereton Lake Como. Not for from Como city centre. A short walk to Village Erba. Must have dinner with lake veiw. A big grocery store is located nearby

Very good hotel but located a long way from the town center. No transport from the railway station and cabs were almost impossible to find. Good boat connections but that doesn’t help if you are new to the area and just arriving. Staff was very friendly and food was good but not great and priced 5-star but only 3 at best. Limited outside options for dining unless you want to take boat to Como Lago.

Bad location too. It’s far from the village Como
It was a bad experience and I don’t think I would want to stay at the hotel again The Air conditioner was not working in our room and despite our complaint they did not rectify and it was very hot . The last day they shifted us to another room and promised to shift our luggage - which they did not do. We returned to the hotel at 10 PM and don’t find our luggage in the room . It was in storage For the price we paid - it was a bad experience

Disappointing stay
we were disappointed with this stay. When we arrived we were give an upgrade as I am a member of the Marriot club. The room was right behind the lifts and whenever anyone had luggage coming out of the lift we heard the noise. Especially the staff bringing all the cleaning and new linen etc trolley every morning. The linen trolley was then “bumped” up against the opposite wall that we also heard. Our room on level 2 was above the stairs and bar area below. On the last night a conference arrived and we heard all the nose from downstairs until the bar closed. We could hear noise from the unit above from walking and moving furniture around. The room was not clean. I had to “clean” the toilet from stains. The toilet seat was broken and didn’t sit right, the shower had mould in spots, the shower door hinge was too tight and scraped every time you opened it (I was worried it would smash). Then the website advertising of the property. It is not on Como Lake. It is 10 minute walk to the wharf (which they even said to us was just straight opposite the hotel by staff when we arrived - it isn’t). Photos show the water. It’s nowhere near the waterfront. I assume the only views would be from the top level. Then the price. We paid over 330 euro for the first few nights and then 400 for the last night. When we left and mentioned to the staff all they said was “sorry” and then proceeded to give me the bill. No interrogation of what I said, disgraceful.

It is true that Lake Como during high season is very demanding in terms of prices. This is a trend of our destination explained by the high demand of people willing to visit it - our hotel follows it the same way as any other hotel in our area. Indeed, our management company is continuously working on product improvement and please rest assured that during winter times maintenance works are already planned, as the wellbeing and the satisfaction of our guests is our number one priority.The location is clearly displayed on the website - the closest ferry station is Tavernola, which is 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. There is another pier in Cernobbio and the distance by foot is approximately 10 minutes.We do let the guest know that there is no lake view rooms (only pool view rooms) so that the guests come prepared and chose our hotel for the right purposes.In fact, we are proud to have a beautiful outdoor space as well as our F&B offerings/restaurants, one of which is designated as Michelin-starred.We understand your words and we shared them with the whole management team to further discuss and bring this to the attention of each head of department. I was disappointed that it was not possible to swim in Lake Como. The hotel was also too far away from the center of Como and we were not informed about the free shuttle service. It was difficult to get back to the hotel after having dinner in Como. The breakfast room was very crowed.

Not value for money.
The reception staff not friendly. The restaurant staff and cleaning staff were very good. Not value for money. Lots advertised in the website not available at the hotel which is misleading! Wouldn’t go there again. Breakfast was not good for vegetarians. The restaurant menu quite limited. Eating the same food for 10 days was tedious. Coffee was excellent though.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and Resturant are relaxing and quiet. I was very disappointed with the lack of any view other than a white roof covering our window. I had booked back in February, we arrived early for check in and yet without any indication that the room windows would be blocked. My daughter had booked the same room yet they were on the 2nd floor with a small balcony and hill view. I was here to celebrate my sons wedding, so this room was a big disappointment to the weekend. I enquired about a change but other than moving the 2nd day to a room with twin beds or upgrading, nothing could be done. It should be advertised at booking that these rooms have a blocked view. If I had known, I never would have booked the room.
