I will never in my life stay here again. We got told we had to leave a $40 deposit because we paid in case but the morning of check out the lady said that she didn't owe us a $40 deposit. The manager of the establishment was going to give it back to us until the lady that checked us in the day before came down and told him that they didn't owe us any money. I think she stuck the money in her pocket. I just wonder to myself how many people she has stolen money off of. She has to have a pretty good nest egg of her own somewhere. I think it is ridiculous to steal money off of people when you know good and well more than us saw her and heard her say something about the $40 deposit.

Dead bugs on floor some kind of stuff under the night stand and other furniture placed my pets food on a towel cause didnt know if the stuff would hurt them. No HBO,in room coffee pot,hair dryer, iron or ironing boards.

Arrived on Saturday the 15th and they wanted to charge me a cash deposit ( this was never stipulated even when I had called). Then informed my room wouldn’t be ready for a couple of hours. Said she had gave it away, but the night before there was 4 or 5 of that room left to be rented. She didn’t care, so I left and disputed the transaction with my credit card company. I don’t like thrives and liars.

The room was clean. Bed was hard as a rock. A lot of homeless people walking around in the parking lot and sleeping right outside our door. Will never stay here again. "Long-term" tenants were rude and swarming us while we were trying to park the car.

They’re gonna keep your deposit!
Motel 6 is a PET FRIENDLY hotel. We stayed bc we were working open-close the past 3 nights and it was so much easier to get to work and to sleep instead of driving 30+ minutes to and from home. So of course, we had our dog. We were told a $50 cash deposit. No problem. Checking out this morning, we were told we would not get our deposit back for PET HAIR in a pet friendly hotel. He told my me “I can’t wash the sheet because of the pet hair.” So I grabbed the $50 sheet and said okay. He said “I’m going to call the law are you crazy you can’t take that!” And THEN said “I know where you work. I’ll find you there.” Upon reading other reviews, I seen that they were charging people $20, $40, $50, $100 deposits. So what I’m gathering is, they’ll charge you a made up deposit amount and then reach for some kind of excuse to keep that deposit. One said, “I didn’t get my deposit back because of make up on a face towel.” I know $50 isn’t a lot of money, but it’s still $50. Pet hair in a pet friendly motel. Who woulda thought?

This place demanded a cash deposit upon arrival. The policy in the window clearly stated you could pay that deposit with card if you booked the room with card. The proprietor was rude.

The shower had not been cleaned. The bathroom door was dirty. There was a used bar of soap on the soap dish in the bathroom. We will not be staying there again.

Nice updated room but should have been cleaner. Especially the floor. There was an old chicken nugget. Obviously the floor hadn’t been swept or cleaned prior to our stay. Our hot water was not working but the guy who came and was able to get it flowing was super nice and very apologetic.

The management and staff are bunch cheats won't give full deposit back based on them not supplying enough towels or wash clothes. They are the worst hotel staff management I've ever had to deal with.

Upon check in was told required credit card and 50.00 cash deposit which booking didnt say required. Room smelled sink leaked door didnt shut all the way. When checking out was told had to wait till after 8am when housekeeping would be available to check room if I wanted cash deposit back. Every experience with motel 6 has been horrible never will i stay at a motel 6 again no matter where it is

The owner was very unpleasant. He made me and my one year old son leave in the freezing cold becuase my son had toys in the floor. He said that we destroyed his room. It was just TOYS.

Booked Non Smoking room. Receptionist waited until after paid and signed to say we booked a smoke room. When I tried to show him otherwise, he said it was the only room he had left. Air was not on in the room. It was 92 degrees when we walked into it. Took all night to cool down. Cigarette burns and stains were on the comforter. Fridge leaked and was frozen. Floors looked unmopped. We unknowingly booked a night during a car show, so we could not find another room in the area. I’ll never stay at another Motel 6 after this experience.
