Good quality HotelPosted Oct 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
Pros: Good standard 4* hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast and nice swimming / relax pools. Would recommend. Cons: 2 single beds together do not make 1 King bed! A bit far from the lake and nice town area.

Fabulous hotel !Posted Aug 30, 2013
This hotel by far exceeded our expectations........... having been to the lakes before we had a week of activities planned but we never got further than the pool and sun loungers! It had something for everyone, families and couples and single travellers alike. Room was great, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast (my favourite part of any holiday) was just lovely. My only criticism would be the lack of space by the pool. The hotel was very busy and at times you felt a little crammed in or close to your fellow sunbathers...... All in all though a super hotel in a superb resort. We shall return.

GIve it a tryPosted Aug 15, 2013
Hotel was fine, nice pool, pleasant staff. When I booked via Expedia, I booked a room with a sofa bed, however, I was given a room without one, meaning I had a smaller room. I challenged them on this, and Showed them the email from Expedia. They simply said take it up with Expedia and did no more. As I didnt want any hassle, I left it. I was dissappointed with their reaction, but as Bardolino was such a nice place, I didnt push it.

Relaxing breakPosted Aug 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
We used this hotel for a week's stop off between city travel. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The pools are lovely - there is a lot of choice and they were never overcrowded or too busy. There are plenty of sun loungers available too and towels are provided by the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choice. We ate in the restaurant one night and whilst the food was very good and the service excellent, it was rather expensive. Bardolino town centre is an easy 5-10 minute walk from the hotel with plenty of restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and modern with all toiletries, tea making facilities, satellite tv and hair dryer included. The only difference we found comparing this to the city hotels we stayed at was that it was less personable. Also - just to note, if you need to take a taxi anywhere then pre-book it (otherwise you may well get told off as we did!)

Great fun for families who like to splash aboutPosted Aug 8, 2013
Pros: The bar staff were exceptionally polite and friendly.
Cons: The staircase to our first floor room was not kept very tidy. I killed a large insect and it stayed there for two days.
Location: Great location outside Bardolino but only 5 minutes walk.
The hotel is new and very well laid out with lots of water and pleasant gardens. The rooms are large, bright and airy. Breakfast is a fantastic experience especially with freshly squeezed orange juice. A lot of Germans were there so the usual habit of bagging the sun loungers at the crack of dawn.

Pleasant. modern hotelPosted Aug 5, 2013
Pros: The room we were in was very quiet - no disturbances.
Cons: Some of the reception staff were rather unfriendly, and we thought that the service at the pool bar was poor - probably understaffed.
Location: A short walk from the town centre, where there are lots of restaurants to choose from.
Better than most hotels we have stayed in in Italy, which can sometimes be rather poor/ outdated.

Really good HotelPosted Jul 31, 2013
Pros: It was clean, friendly and modern
Location: Nice walks round the lake and Bardolino very nice
Had a great stay, 5 mins from the town of Bardolino and 10 to the Lake. Had a round room worth the extra. Hotel staff all very friendly and helpful. Only stayed for a long weekend but will certainly go back.
